D\u0131\u015fbank, Humanitas ve Weyth \u0130la\u00e7lar\u0131\u2019nda \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda \u00e7e\u015fitli sorumluluklar \u00fcstlenen Sezgin, \u00a0\u0130ngiltere ve Dubai\u2019de de g\u00f6rev yapar. Dubai\u2019de bulundu\u011fu s\u0131rada Coca-Cola \u0130\u00e7ecek\u2019ten ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 teklifle T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye d\u00f6nen Sezgin, 2010\u2019dan itibaren burada g\u00f6rev yap\u0131yor. \u015eu an 105 ki\u015filik \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ekibine liderlik eden Elif Sezgin, kariyeri, tecr\u00fcbeleri ve hedeflerini bizlerle payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00dcniversitenin ard\u0131ndan ilk i\u015finizi nas\u0131l, nereden bulmu\u015ftunuz? \u0130K alan\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya nas\u0131l karar verdiniz?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00dcniversitemizi ziyaret edip kendini tan\u0131tan \u015firketlerin sunumlar\u0131na \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131ftan itibaren kat\u0131lmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. O zamanlar i\u015f bulabilme kayg\u0131s\u0131yla bir\u00e7ok \u015firkete ba\u015fvurmu\u015ftum, onlarca m\u00fclakata kat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. \u00c7abalar\u0131m \u00e7ok k\u0131sa zamanda sonu\u00e7 verdi, Haziran\u2019da mezun olup Temmuz sonunda i\u015fimi bulmu\u015ftum. Yabanc\u0131 dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k \u015firketlerinde denetim bizim d\u00f6nemimizin trendiydi ama benim aray\u0131\u015f\u0131m biraz daha farkl\u0131 idi. Ne yapmak istedi\u011fime dair ilk fikri Ko\u00e7 Holding\u2019in sunumunda \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 ile ilgili projeleri dinleyince olu\u015fturdum. Bu i\u015fin karakterime ve yapmak istediklerime uygun bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm oldu\u011funu anlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. O d\u00f6nem bir\u00e7ok MT teklifi ald\u0131m ama bir tek Yap\u0131 Kredi Bankas\u0131 \u0130K i\u00e7in MT teklifinde bulunmu\u015ftu ve ben de onlar\u0131 tercih ettim. Coca-Cola \u0130\u00e7ecek olarak, biz de bug\u00fcn \u00fcniversite sunumlar\u0131 yap\u0131yoruz, halen daha o d\u00f6nemde beni etkileyen aktar\u0131mlar\u0131 kendi \u00fcniversite sunumlar\u0131mda kullan\u0131yorum. \u00dcniversite ziyaretlerini sosyal sorumluluk gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum, bizim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak ileti\u015fimlerin \u00f6tesinde gen\u00e7lerin kariyerlerine ve gelecek i\u00e7in kendilerini mutlu, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve verimli k\u0131lacak se\u00e7imlerine etki edecek bir faydam\u0131z\u0131n olmas\u0131 bu i\u015fin en \u00f6nemli katk\u0131s\u0131 diye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum.<\/p>\n<p><b>Banka, ila\u00e7 ve h\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketim sekt\u00f6r\u00fc alanlar\u0131nda tecr\u00fcbeleriniz var, sizi zorlayan bir d\u00f6nem oldu mu? Bu zorlu\u011fu veya zorluklar\u0131 a\u015fmak i\u00e7in neler yapt\u0131n\u0131z?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn bir ad\u0131m daha \u00f6teye gitmeniz gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yorum, bu anlamda zorluk her zaman var. \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n zor taraf\u0131 ise i\u015fimizin duygusal y\u00f6n\u00fc. Bankac\u0131l\u0131k ve finans sekt\u00f6r\u00fc benim i\u00e7in okul oldu, ila\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde insan kaynaklar\u0131yla i\u015fi birle\u015ftirmeyi, nas\u0131l stratejik partner olunur k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frendim. Bu \u00f6\u011frendiklerim, teorik altyap\u0131mla bir araya gelerek h\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde h\u0131zl\u0131 ve do\u011fru hizmetleri sunan bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla \u0130K hizmeti veren bir fonksiyon olarak yap\u0131lanmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131. Hepsinin ayr\u0131 bir yeri var kariyerimde. 1995-2002 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ekonomik dalgalanma, g\u00fcvensizlik ortam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak belki de en zoruydu. Ya\u015fanan zorluklara odaklanmak ve bundan demotive olmak \u00e7ok kolay. Onun yerine zorlu\u011fu atlat\u0131nca ya\u015fayaca\u011f\u0131m geli\u015fime ve bunun bana verece\u011fi mutlulu\u011fa odaklan\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n<p><b>Uzun bir \u0130K ge\u00e7mi\u015finiz var. Sab\u0131r ve i\u00e7 motivasyonun y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 ve insanlara k\u0131ymet vererek yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken bir i\u015f bu.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u00c7ok faydaland\u0131\u011f\u0131m dedi\u011finiz e\u011fitimler mutlaka olmu\u015ftur, birka\u00e7 \u00f6rnek alabilir miyiz? <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Dubai\u2019deyken ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m de\u011ferlendirme merkezi olu\u015fturma ve uygulama sertifikasyonu e\u011fitiminden, objektif ve sistematik de\u011ferlendirme y\u00f6ntemlerini geli\u015ftirmek ve uygulamak anlam\u0131nda \u00e7ok faydalanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m. Bir de bir y\u0131la yay\u0131lan d\u00f6nemde kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m ko\u00e7luk e\u011fitimi de hem ki\u015fisel hem de profesyonel anlamda beni \u00e7ok geli\u015ftiren bir program oldu. Pek yemek yapabilen birisi de\u011fildim ama o\u011flum i\u00e7in daha damak tad\u0131na uygun, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 yemekler pi\u015firmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor ve \u00e7ok da zevk al\u0131yorum. \u00c7ocuk olmadan \u00f6nce seyahat etmeyi \u00e7ok severdim, i\u015fim i\u00e7in de \u00e7ok seyahat etti\u011fim i\u00e7in hayat\u0131m\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 haline gelmi\u015fti. Organizasyonel Geli\u015fim Forumu (ODF) ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz y\u00f6neticilerimizle d\u00fczenli toplant\u0131larla bir araya geldi\u011fimiz, bilgi payla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z yetenek y\u00f6netimi s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimiz var. Bu s\u00fcrecin daha fazla iyile\u015ftirilmesi, daha iyi geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ajandam\u0131zda \u00f6nemli yer
