E\u011fitiminizin i\u015finize nas\u0131l bir katk\u0131s\u0131 oldu?<\/b><br \/>\nBo\u011fazi\u00e7i\u2019nde okudu\u011fum y\u0131llarda \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 yeni telaffuz ediliyordu. Sevgili hocam Eser Borak\u2019\u0131n \u201c<strong>T\u00fcketici Davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131<\/strong>\u201d dersini se\u00e7meli olarak alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131m, kendisi s\u0131k\u00e7a \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131ndan bahsetti, ben de bu konuda \u00e7ok okudum ara\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131m ve hem psikoloji bilgimi hem de i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131 harmanlayabilece\u011fim bir alan oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u0130K ya ge\u00e7meye karar verdim. E\u011fitimimi her g\u00fcn her seviyede \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanla ili\u015fkimde kulland\u0131m, \u00f6zellikle i\u015f hayat\u0131nda empati kurman\u0131n, ili\u015fkileri y\u00f6netmenin belirli bir seviyeden sonra daha da \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fcm, e\u011fitimimi bu anlamda bana \u00e7ok yard\u0131mc\u0131 oldu.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ne kadar s\u00fcredir bu i\u015fin i\u00e7indesiniz ve Teknosa\u2019yla bulu\u015fman\u0131z nas\u0131l oldu?<\/b><br \/>\n\u00dcniversiteden mezun olur olmaz bu i\u015fin i\u00e7ine girdim. Yedi farkl\u0131 sekt\u00f6rde ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak uluslararas\u0131 firmalarda <strong>\u0130nsan Kayna\u011f\u0131<\/strong> y\u00f6netiminde g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131m. Yetenek y\u00f6netimi, geli\u015fim, de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimi ve \u015firket birle\u015fmelerinde yeni k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 benim \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131nda en sevdi\u011fim ve kendimi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc hissetti\u011fim alanlar. <strong>TeknoSA<\/strong> ile bulu\u015fmam g\u00fczel bir tesad\u00fcfle oldu. <a title=\"Sabanc\u0131 Holding \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/haci-omer-sabanci-holding-a-s-is-ilanlari-c25602-p17139\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sabanc\u0131 Holding<\/a>\u2019de \u0130K Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, g\u00f6revim gere\u011fi TeknoSA\u2019n\u0131n yeni y\u00f6netim ekibinin olu\u015fumu konular\u0131nda fikir jimnasti\u011fi yap\u0131yorduk. Y\u00f6netim ekibinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak operasyonun i\u00e7erisinde olmay\u0131, s\u00fcre\u00e7lerin y\u00f6netilmesini \u00e7ok \u00f6zlemi\u015ftim. Hayatlara dokunmay\u0131 \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fim i\u00e7in kendim bu pozisyona talip oldum. Y\u00f6neticilerim ve yeni Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm Necil Oyman da benim bu pozisyona \u00e7ok uygun oldu\u011fumu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcler ve 2013 A\u011fustos ay\u0131nda yeni y\u00f6netimle birlikte i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131m. Bizim ekibimizin \u00e7ok g\u00fczel bir hikayesi var asl\u0131nda o d\u00f6nemde 8 ki\u015fiden olu\u015fan y\u00f6netim ekibinden 5 ki\u015fi, TeknoSA i\u00e7erisinden terfi alan ki\u015filerden olu\u015ftu, buna genel m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz de dahil. Di\u011fer \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcz Sabanc\u0131 Holding\u2019in farkl\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131ndan buraya transfer olduk. Bu sa\u011flam yap\u0131da \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fim y\u00f6netimi tecr\u00fcbesi ya\u015famak ad\u0131na buraya gelmeyi istedim.<\/p>\n<p><b>Bize \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131\u2019n\u0131 ve \u0130K\u2019n\u0131n \u015firket i\u00e7indeki yeri ve \u00f6nemini kendinize g\u00f6re tan\u0131mlar m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<br \/>\n<\/b>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne ben asl\u0131nda bir portf\u00f6y y\u00f6neticisi gibi bak\u0131yorum, \u015firketlerde \u015fu d\u00f6nemde kopyalanamayan, \u00f6\u011frenilemeyen veya \u00f6\u011frenilse de ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde uygulanamayan tek \u015fey k\u00fclt\u00fcr. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 \u015firketin k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc olu\u015fturuyor. <strong>\u015eirket k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc<\/strong> de i\u00e7indeki insanlardan olu\u015fuyor, bu insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 en etkin \u015fekilde y\u00f6netebilmek, verim alabilmek, farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 y\u00f6netmek ve bunu yapabilecek liderlik ekibini olu\u015fturmak ve onlara gerekli t\u00fcm ara\u00e7lar\u0131 sa\u011flamak <strong>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131<\/strong> b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn rol\u00fc. Bu anlamada \u00e7ok kilit bir rol\u00fc oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. \u00c7ok uzun zamand\u0131r, \u0130K\u2019n\u0131n bir stratejik ortak oldu\u011funu konu\u015ftuk art\u0131k bunu biraz daha \u00f6teye ta\u015f\u0131mam\u0131z gerekti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. Art\u0131k daha \u201c\u00f6ng\u00f6ren\u201d ve strateji ile \u015firket i\u00e7i yetkinlikleri birle\u015ftirebilen bu \u201c<strong>gap analizlerini<\/strong>\u201d yapabilen ve bunun i\u00e7in proaktif olarak \u00f6nlem alan, uyaran ve proje eden bir role b\u00fcr\u00fcnmemiz laz\u0131m. Ba\u015ftan sona \u201c<strong>yetenek y\u00f6netimi<\/strong>\u201d s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini \u015firketin t\u00fcm s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin i\u00e7erisine entegre ederek, \u015firket k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc haline getirmemiz laz\u0131m. Yak\u0131n gelecekteki teknolojiyi, \u201cyetenek trendlerini\u201d, yeni ku\u015faklar\u0131 anlayarak onlar\u0131n i\u015fe olas\u0131 etkilerini \u00f6nceden g\u00f6r\u00fcp buna g\u00f6re \u015firket i\u00e7i kaynaklar\u0131 \u015fekillendirmesi laz\u0131m. Art\u0131k bug\u00fcn \u0130K olarak daha analitik bak\u0131p elimizdeki veriyi, \u201cyetenek \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcleriyle\u201d birle\u015ftirip sunuyoruz ve projelerimizi hayata ge\u00e7iriyoruz. \u015eirketlerin strateji planlama s\u00fcre\u00e7leriyle \u201cyetenek planlama\u201d s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde paralellik olan \u015firketlerin performanslar\u0131n\u0131n 3-4 kat daha fazla oldu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7ek.<\/p>\n<p><b>Mesle\u011finizin en sevdi\u011finiz taraf\u0131 nedir?<br \/>\n<\/b>Ben i\u015fimi \u00e7ok severek ve inanarak yap\u0131yorum, i\u015fime tutkuyla ba\u011fl\u0131y\u0131m diyebilirim. Asl\u0131nda en sevdi\u011fim birka\u00e7 y\u00f6n var diyebilirim, \u00f6ncelikle \u0130\u015fin\/\u015eirketin b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rebilme bana m\u00fcthi\u015f keyif veriyor, ayn\u0131 zamanda insanlara dokunmak, organizasyona do\u011fru insanlarla yola \u00e7\u0131kmak, onlar\u0131n geli\u015fimini takip etmek ve onlara bir de\u011fer katmak benim en sevdi\u011fim y\u00f6nleri.<b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011funuz sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn avantajlar\u0131 ve dezavantajlar\u0131 nelerdir? \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131za ne gibi olanaklar sa\u011fl\u0131yorsunuz?<br \/>\n<\/b><a title=\"Perakende \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131\" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/website\/isara\/index.aspx?&amp;keyword=perakende\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Perakende<\/a> sekt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>istihdam<\/strong> konusunda lokomotif sekt\u00f6rlerden biri konumunda. TeknoSA, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de teknoloji perakendecili\u011finin temellerini ortaya atan bir \u015firket. E\u011fitim ve performans geli\u015fimine d\u00f6n\u00fck Sabanc\u0131 \u00dcniversitesi ve dan\u0131\u015fmanlarla geli\u015ftirilen \u00f6zel programlar var. TeknoSA Akademi de bu programlar\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131ndan biri. Hem perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn dinamizmi ve geli\u015fimi, hem de teknoloji gibi s\u00fcrekli yeniliklerin oldu\u011fu bir alanda t\u00fcketicileri do\u011fru bilgilendirmek ad\u0131na \u00e7ok ciddi bir e\u011fitim program\u0131m\u0131z var. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ilk MEB sertifikal\u0131 Akademisi bug\u00fcn 10 binden fazla mezun ile gen\u00e7lerin perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde i\u015f edinmesinde de \u00f6nemli bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc oldu. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n geli\u015fimlerine i\u015fe girdikten sonra da hem <strong>e-learning<\/strong> hem de s\u0131n\u0131f e\u011fitimleriyle devam ediyoruz. Bug\u00fcn TeknoSA Akademi&#8217;ye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z bilgisayarlar\u0131ndan girip 300&#8217;e yak\u0131n e-larning e\u011fitim f\u0131rsatlar\u0131ndan, e\u011fitim video i\u00e7eriklerinden ve <strong>SosyaL\u0130G<\/strong> ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz bir platformdan faydalanabiliyorlar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z SosyaL\u0130G ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz oyunla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve sosyal medya \u00f6zellikleri ile dizayn edilmi\u015f bu platformda 2011 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren \u00e7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 ve \u00f6rnek payla\u015f\u0131mlarda bulundu; di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n da geli\u015fimine destek verdiler. \u0130leti\u015fimi, motivasyonu, i\u015fbirli\u011fini, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rmak ve takdir, tan\u0131ma ve \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme s\u00fcre\u00e7lerimizi kuvvetlendirmek amac\u0131yla 2014 y\u0131l\u0131nda Teknostar ve Teknosmile Uygulamas\u0131 olu\u015fturulmu\u015ftur. Bu uygulama ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar te\u015fekk\u00fcr etmeye de\u011fer bulduklar\u0131 her konu i\u00e7in birbirlerine an\u0131nda puan g\u00f6nderebileceklerdir. Ya\u015f ortalamam\u0131z \u00e7ok gen\u00e7. \u00d6zellikle sahada Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131k kazan\u0131yor. Kurdu\u011fumuz platformlarda biz de onlardan \u00f6\u011frenip kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 geli\u015fim sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rsak da halen istedi\u011fimiz noktalarda de\u011fil. Teknoloji erkek i\u015fidir alg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek ve kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla <strong>TeknoSA\u2019n\u0131n Melekleri<\/strong> ad\u0131yla model ma\u011fazalar olu\u015fturduk. <b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>\u0130leride bu mesle\u011fi se\u00e7mek isteyenler i\u00e7in tavsiyeleriniz, \u00f6nerileriniz nelerdir?
