Kanun, kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6re ait b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015fleri ve i\u015fyerlerini, \u00e7\u0131rak ve stajyerler de dahil olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 faaliyet konular\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n kapsama ald\u0131. B\u00f6ylece<strong> 1 milyon 436 bin i\u015fletmeyi ve 11 milyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131<\/strong> kapsama alan \u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Kanunu\u2019nda i\u015f kollar\u0131 az tehlikeli, tehlikeli ve \u00e7ok tehlikeli olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131fa ayr\u0131ld\u0131 ve d\u00fczenlemeler de buna g\u00f6re yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Kanuna g\u00f6re i\u015fveren ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u015fyeri hekimi ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131na sorumluluklar y\u00fckleniyor, bir \u00f6nceki kanundaki sorumluluklar\u0131n alt\u0131 \u00e7iziliyor. \u00d6te yandan i\u015fverene maddi ve manevi tazminat, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana i\u015fi durdurma ve\u00a0i\u015f akdini fesih yetkisiyle birlikte i\u015fyeri hekimi ve i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131na yapacaklar\u0131 herhangi bir ihmal sonucunda\u00a0yetkilerinin ask\u0131ya al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve yetki\u00a0iptali gibi sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furuyor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>\u0130\u015f G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Uzman\u0131 kimdir?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi hizmetlerinde g\u00f6revlendirilmek \u00fczere belgelendirilen m\u00fchendis, mimar ve teknik elemanlara <a title=\"\u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Uzman\u0131 \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131 \" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/website\/isara\/index.aspx?&amp;keyword=%C4%B0%C5%9F%20Sa%C4%9Fl%C4%B1%C4%9F%C4%B1%20ve%20G%C3%BCvenli%C4%9Fi\" target=\"_blank\">\u0130\u015f G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Uzman\u0131 <\/a>deniyor. Teknik eleman olarak bahsedilen grupta, teknik \u00f6\u011fretmenler, fen-edebiyat fak\u00fcltelerinin fizik veya kimya mezunlar\u0131 ile i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi program\u0131 mezunlar\u0131 yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>E\u011fitimlerin kapsam\u0131 geni\u015f<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><strong><a title=\"M\u00fchendis \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131 \" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/muhendis-is-ilanlari-p2170\" target=\"_blank\">M\u00fchendis<\/a>, <a title=\"Mimar \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131 \" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/mimar-is-ilanlari-p543 \" target=\"_blank\">mimar<\/a> veya <a title=\"Teknik Elemanlar \u0130\u015f \u0130lanlar\u0131 \" href=\"http:\/\/www.kariyer.net\/teknik-servis-elemani-is-ilanlari-p1840\" target=\"_blank\">teknik elemanlar<\/a><\/strong> uzmanl\u0131k belgesi alabilmek i\u00e7in, bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a yetkilendirilen kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131, \u00fcniversiteler veya \u00f6zel e\u011fitim \u015firketlerinin d\u00fczenledi\u011fi e\u011fitimlere kat\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu e\u011fitimler 220 saatten az olam\u0131yor.\u00a0Bunun 180 saati teorik olarak 40 saati ise pratik e\u011fitim olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. Teorik e\u011fitimin 90 saati uzaktan e\u011fitim y\u00f6ntemiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebiliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Sertifika s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmas\u0131 <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u015f G\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n <strong>A, B veya C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 belgelere<\/strong> sahip olmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu belgeler, i\u015fin tehlikesine g\u00f6re s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. Buna g\u00f6re; C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 ve belgeye sahip olanlar az tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131flarda, B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 belgeye sahip olanlar az tehlikeli ve tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131flarda, A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 belgeye sahip olanlar ise b\u00fct\u00fcn tehlike s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131nda yer alan i\u015flerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Uzmanl\u0131k s\u0131navlar\u0131 <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>E\u011fitimlerin sonunda s\u0131navlar\u0131,<strong><b> <\/b>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/strong>\u00a0yap\u0131yor veya yapt\u0131r\u0131yor. Al\u0131nacak belgenin s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na g\u00f6re ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 d\u00fczenlenen bu s\u0131navlar y\u0131lda iki kez ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor. S\u0131navda 70 puan ve \u00fczerinde bir puan al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olanlar \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yetki belgesi al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Yeni yasan\u0131n cezalar\u0131 cayd\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Yeni yasa i\u015f yerlerine bir tak\u0131m cezai yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar getiriyor.
