Kronik stres ise anksiyete, uykusuzluk, y\u00fcksek tansiyon ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminin zay\u0131flamas\u0131 gibi sorunlar\u0131 beraberinde getiriyor. Ad\u0131 s\u0131kl\u0131kla depresyon, obezite ve kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131 ile de an\u0131lan stresi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in uygulanabilecek ad\u0131mlar bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte i\u015fyerindeki stresi yok etmek i\u00e7in uygulaman\u0131z gerekenler:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Stresin nedenlerini belirleyin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Bu ad\u0131m her ne kadar \u00e7ok basit g\u00f6r\u00fcnse de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar genellikle stres kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sorgulama amac\u0131nda olmaz.
