Departman i\u00e7inde 2 m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck bulunuyor. S\u00fcre\u00e7 geli\u015ftirme m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile personel ve idari i\u015fler m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc. S\u00fcre\u00e7 Geli\u015ftirme M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc; s\u00fcre\u00e7 geli\u015ftirme, proje y\u00f6netimi, e\u011fitim, performans de\u011ferlendirme y\u00f6netimi, i\u015fe al\u0131m, geli\u015fim planlama, yetenek y\u00f6netimi gibi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri y\u00f6netiyor. Personel ve \u0130dari \u0130\u015fler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ise bordrolama, \u00f6zl\u00fck i\u015fleri ve idari i\u015fler s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini kaps\u0131yor. Akenerji \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Sevilay U\u00e7ar; Akenerji\u2019nin \u0130K politikalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda bilgi verirken IPP sertifikas\u0131yla Akenerji\u2019de ba\u015flayan yeni d\u00f6nemi anlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130K departman\u0131 olarak \u00fcstlendi\u011finiz projelerden bahseder misiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 olarak, direkt\u00f6rl\u00fck oldu\u011fumuz 2008 sonundan itibaren, Akenerji\u2019de bir\u00e7ok projeye imza att\u0131k. Yeni s\u00fcre\u00e7ler geli\u015ftirdik, mevcut s\u00fcre\u00e7leri iyile\u015ftirdik. \u0130nsana Yat\u0131r\u0131m (IIP) projemiz, enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki bir firmada ilk kez ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir proje. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, Akenerji\u2019nin \u00fcniversite-sanayi i\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, kariyer g\u00fcnlerine kat\u0131l\u0131m, Akk\u00f6k Grubu ile birlikte Yetenek Tohumlar\u0131 Projesi ile Yeni Mezun i\u015fe al\u0131m program\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 altyap\u0131s\u0131nda ciddi iyile\u015ftirme projeleri yap\u0131ld\u0131 ve yap\u0131lmaya devam ediyor. Ayr\u0131ca, Oracle alt yap\u0131s\u0131na ge\u00e7ilerek bir\u00e7ok \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri Oracle ortam\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>De\u011fi\u015fimi seven yeni jenerasyon \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 elde tutmak i\u00e7in \u0130K olarak ne gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>Bulundu\u011fu fonksiyondan farkl\u0131 bir fonksiyonda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyen ki\u015filer i\u00e7in departmanlar aras\u0131nda rotasyon f\u0131rsat\u0131 sunuyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca farkl\u0131 projelerde yer alma \u015fans\u0131 sa\u011flanarak yap\u0131lan i\u015fin daha keyifli hale gelmesini sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. Bu projelere \u00f6rnek olarak Kalite Proje Ekibi, Oracle Proje Ekibi, Investors In People Proje Ekibi\u2019ni g\u00f6sterebiliriz. Yeni nesil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in i\u015flerini zenginle\u015ftirme ve geni\u015fletme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yaparak memnuniyet d\u00fczeylerini art\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Ayr\u0131ca her \u015firket \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 i\u00e7in kariyer planlamas\u0131 yaparak yeni jenerasyonun \u015firketteki kariyer planlamas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir yol haritas\u0131na sahip olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yetenek Tohumlar\u0131 Projesi\u2019yle gen\u00e7lere ula\u015f\u0131yoruz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>MT program\u0131n\u0131z hakk\u0131nda bilgi verir misiniz? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Akk\u00f6k Grubu genelinde ortak y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz Yetenek Tohumlar\u0131 Projesi ile her y\u0131l yeni mezun al\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Yeni mezun al\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in, \u00fcniversite mezunu ve 0-3 y\u0131l aras\u0131 tecr\u00fcbeli adaylar, ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan pozisyonlar i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ba\u015far\u0131 ile tamamlad\u0131ktan sonra i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131yor. Bu kapsamda istihdam etti\u011fimiz yeni mezunlar i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 bir oryantasyon program\u0131 uygulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan e\u011fitimine \u00f6zel uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131z var m\u0131? En \u00e7ok hangi departmanlara y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimler d\u00fczenleniyor?<\/strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n gerek mesleki, gerekse ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerine y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimler her zaman destekleniyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar aras\u0131nda i\u015f hedefleri ve kendi ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerine uyum g\u00f6sterecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc e\u011fitim talebi kabul ediliyor. Her departman, e\u011fitim talebinde bulunabiliyor. Ancak ana faaliyet alan\u0131nda daha \u00e7ok operasyon y\u00fcr\u00fcten teknik departmanlar\u0131n e\u011fitim talepleri nispeten daha fazla oluyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcze y\u00f6nelik al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken e\u011fitimler neler?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerji Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde hem teknik anlamda, hem de mevzuat gere\u011fi al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken e\u011fitimler bulunmaktad\u0131r. Mevzuat gere\u011fi al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken e\u011fitimler aras\u0131nda Enerji Y\u00f6neticisi E\u011fitimi, Otoprod\u00fckt\u00f6r E\u011fitimi, Y\u00fcksek Gerilim Tesislerinde \u0130\u015fletme Sorumlulu\u011fu E\u011fitimi ve G\u00fcn \u00d6ncesi Piyasas\u0131 E\u011fitimi say\u0131labilir. Teknik E\u011fitimler kapsam\u0131nda ise bak\u0131m ve m\u00fchendislik e\u011fitimi, Mark V- Mark VI kontrol e\u011fitimi, genel tavan vin\u00e7 e\u011fitimi, FIDIC e\u011fitimleri, gaz t\u00fcrbinleri ile ilgili e\u011fitimler, r\u00fczgar enerjisi ile ilgili e\u011fitimler ve kaynak\u00e7\u0131 e\u011fitimi say\u0131labilir.<br \/>\nBu teknik ve mevzuat e\u011fitimlerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ise ki\u015fisel geli\u015fim anlam\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 e\u011fitimlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 duygusal zeka, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015fletmesini y\u00f6netmek, proje y\u00f6netimi, GRID e\u011fitimi, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131nda liderlik \u00f6zellikleri e\u011fitimi ve yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitimleri. Ortalama e\u011fitim saati 2010 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 ortalama e\u011fitim saati 32 saat olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aday\u0131n yabanc\u0131 dil bilgisi \u00f6nemli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131mlarda arad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z genel \u00f6zellikler neler? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fe al\u0131mlarda, adaylar\u0131n Akenerji k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne ve yetkinliklerine uyumlu olmas\u0131na \u00f6zen g\u00f6steriyoruz. Yabanc\u0131 dil olarak \u0130ngilizce seviyesi bizim i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. Pozisyonun niteli\u011fine g\u00f6re ki\u015finin i\u015f ile ilgili teknik bilgi ve becerisi de aran\u0131lan \u00f6zellikler aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2010\u2019da ka\u00e7 ki\u015fi i\u015fe ald\u0131n\u0131z? 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda ka\u00e7 ki\u015fi i\u015fe almay\u0131 planl\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2010\u2019da 78 personel istihdam\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. 2011\u2019de 51 personel al\u0131m\u0131 planlan\u0131yor.<br \/>\n\u00c7e\u015fitli departmanlar i\u00e7in 77 stajyer al\u0131m\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f bulunuyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En \u00e7ok hangi pozisyon i\u00e7in i\u015fe al\u0131m yap\u0131yorsunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En \u00e7ok i\u015fe al\u0131m yap\u0131lan pozisyonlar; santral operat\u00f6r\u00fc, i\u015fletme teknisyeni, elektrik m\u00fchendisi, makine m\u00fchendisi ve in\u015faat m\u00fchendisi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dccret ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131ndan faydalan\u0131yor musunuz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong>\u00dccret y\u00f6netimi konusunda Hay metodolojisini kullan\u0131yoruz. Kendi \u00fccret politikam\u0131z\u0131 ve piyasay\u0131 hem t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6rler hem de faal oldu\u011fumuz enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc bak\u0131m\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendiriyoruz ve \u00fccret politikam\u0131z\u0131 belirliyoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>IPP sertifikas\u0131yla Akenerji\u2019de yeni d\u00f6nem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Akenerji, IIP yetkililerinin ilk denetiminden ge\u00e7erek Investors in People (IIP) Taahh\u00fct Sertifikas\u0131\u2019n\u0131 almaya hak kazand\u0131 ve 31 Mart\u2019ta bu sertifikay\u0131 alan ilk enerji \u015firketi oldu. IIP\u2019ye 75 \u00fclkede yakla\u015f\u0131k 40 bin organizasyon sahipken; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de sadece 11 \u015firket bu sertifikay\u0131 ald\u0131. ISO 9000 ve EFQM \u0130\u015f M\u00fckemmelli\u011fi Modeli gibi di\u011fer standartlarla da uyumlu olan IIP i\u00e7in Akenerji yakla\u015f\u0131k bir y\u0131ld\u0131r \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 alan\u0131nda yenilemeler ve d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sertifika program\u0131na ba\u015fvurmaya nas\u0131l karar verdiniz?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketimizin b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejileri do\u011frultusunda, Akenerji k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne uygun, kendi alan\u0131nda uzman veya uzmanla\u015fmaya aday potansiyel sahibi, iyi e\u011fitimli i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc b\u00fcnyemize katarken, ayn\u0131 zamanda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 potansiyeli g\u00f6sterebilecekleri bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fturmam\u0131z gerekti\u011fine inand\u0131k. Bu sertifika, Akenerji\u2019nin \u201cBiz Enerjiyiz!\u201d slogan\u0131yla \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Investors in People yolculu\u011funda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n motivasyon ve verimlili\u011fine katk\u0131 sa\u011flayarak, ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 potansiyeli g\u00f6sterebilecekleri ortak bir k\u00fclt\u00fcr olu\u015fturmay\u0131 ba\u015fard\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kan\u0131t\u0131 olarak \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sertifikan\u0131n kriterleri \u015firkette neleri etkiliyor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu sertifika sadece \u0130K alan\u0131nda al\u0131nan bir sertifika de\u011fildir, t\u00fcm \u015eirketi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve s\u00fcre\u00e7leri kapsamaktad\u0131r. Sertifikan\u0131n 39 alt kriteri bulunuyor.
