Bu y\u00fczden Kurumsal \u0130leti\u015fim ve Pazarlama departmanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 da yan\u0131m\u0131za alarak bir proje ekibi kurduk. \u015eu an 3 y\u0131ll\u0131k stratejimizi hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in planlar yap\u0131yor, \u00fcniversite aktivitelerine kat\u0131l\u0131yor ve bunlar\u0131 destekliyor, e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 organize ediyor, sosyal medyada ve \u015firket dergilerimizde yapt\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 t\u00fcm gruplar ile payla\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu konuda \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczde gidilecek uzun bir yol var, kurdu\u011fumuz g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ekip ve i\u015fveren markam\u0131zla, \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki d\u00f6nemde daha da g\u00fczel i\u015flere imza ataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131za inan\u0131yorum.<br \/>\nS\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir sonu\u00e7lar i\u00e7in, adaylar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n do\u011fru yetkinlikler baz\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirilmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden, her bir i\u015f ailesi i\u00e7in belirlenmi\u015f PepsiCo yetkinliklerine g\u00f6re yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f m\u00fclakatlar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz. Y\u0131lsonunda en \u00e7ok puan kazanan 10 PepsiCo T\u00fcrkiye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131na \u00f6zel s\u00fcrpriz \u00f6d\u00fcller sunuyoruz.Sahada Y\u00fcksek U\u00e7anlar program\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131klanan kriterlere g\u00f6re 2011\u2019in en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n isimlerini bu program sayesinde y\u0131lsonunda t\u00fcm \u015firkete duyuruyor olaca\u011f\u0131z. Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 konusunda ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz d\u00f6nemde t\u00fcm y\u00f6neticilerimize e\u011fitim verdik ve rehberler haz\u0131rlay\u0131p sunduk.
