Bug\u00fcn, yakla\u015f\u0131k 400 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan Atasun Optik\u2019in y\u0131lsonunda, 49 olan ma\u011faza say\u0131s\u0131 55\u2019e ula\u015facak. Atasun Optik \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131 7 ki\u015filik bir ekip. Ayr\u0131ca, 5 ki\u015filik \u0130dari i\u015fler birimi de \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131\u2019na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. HAL Holding b\u00fcnyesine kat\u0131lmas\u0131yla ba\u015fta \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 olmak \u00fczere her alanda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir yap\u0131lanma s\u00fcrecine giren firma 2008\u2019den beri \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00fcst \u00fcste Kariyer.net taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenen \u0130nsana Sayg\u0131 \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019ne lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Mevcut ma\u011fazalar\u0131m\u0131za ilave olarak 100\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde ma\u011faza a\u00e7acak b\u00f6ylelikle sekt\u00f6rde ek olarak 600 ki\u015fi daha istihdam ediyor olaca\u011f\u0131z. Hal Holding b\u00fcnyesine kat\u0131lmakla beraber, optik perakende sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde en de\u011ferli kayna\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n insan oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinden hareketle 2008\u2019den bu yana \u00e7ok kapsaml\u0131 ve yo\u011fun bir i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcreci y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k. 2009\u2019da Atasun Akademi\u2019yi kurduk.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n2015\u2019te hedef: Binin \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>B\u00fcy\u00fcme hedeflerimizden hareketle yaln\u0131zca deneyimli personel i\u015fe al\u0131m\u0131 de\u011fil yeti\u015ftirilmek \u00fczere personel al\u0131m\u0131 da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor; bu personellerimize Atasun Akademi\u2019de e\u011fitimler veriyoruz. Buna ek olarak, ma\u011fazalar\u0131ndaki \u201cya\u015fayarak \u00f6\u011frenme\u201d s\u00fcreci hem \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 hem de e\u011fitim ko\u00e7lar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yak\u0131ndan takip ediliyor ve raporlan\u0131yor. Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcze \u00f6zel &#8220;Optisyen&#8221; pozisyonu i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecini ise farkl\u0131 ara\u00e7lar kullanarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyoruz. \u00dcniversitelerle yak\u0131n i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7erisinde faaliyetler organize ediyor, sunmu\u015f oldu\u011fumuz detayl\u0131 staj programlar\u0131 ile de sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve \u015firketimizi \u00f6\u011frencilere tan\u0131t\u0131yoruz. Ayr\u0131ca bu y\u0131l firmam\u0131zda staj yapan ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011frencilerden 5\u2019ini aram\u0131za katt\u0131k.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nAkademiden 2 y\u0131lda 250 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan faydaland\u0131<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Atasun Optik olarak optik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, Atasun Akademi e\u011fitimlerimizle sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. E\u011fitim ve geli\u015fimin \u00f6n planda oldu\u011fu \u015firketimizde 2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen e\u011fitim projesi ile Atasun Akademi\u2019nin temellerini att\u0131k. E\u011fitim projesi ile amac\u0131m\u0131z; hem nitelikli, yeti\u015fmi\u015f insan kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye optik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne kazand\u0131rmak, hem de m\u00fc\u015fterilerimize hak ettikleri kaliteli servis ve hizmeti ayn\u0131 standartlarda sa\u011flamak. Atasun Optik\u2019te \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan her ma\u011faza personeli i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre boyunca ki\u015fisel ve mesleki geli\u015fime y\u00f6nelik Atasun Akademi\u2019de 3 hafta 12 farkl\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131kta hem teknik hem de sat\u0131\u015f ve m\u00fc\u015fteri ili\u015fkileri e\u011fitimleri al\u0131yor. Bug\u00fcne kadar akademimizde 250\u2019nin \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z e\u011fitim ald\u0131 ve almaya da devam edecek.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nY\u00f6neticiler \u00f6zel e\u011fitim al\u0131yor<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Nisan 2010\u2019da ba\u015flayan yeni bir projeyle Atasun Akademi\u2019nin kapsam\u0131n\u0131 daha da geni\u015fleterek \u201cFark Yaratan Y\u00f6netici\u201d slogan\u0131yla Y\u00f6netici Geli\u015fim E\u011fitimleri haz\u0131rlad\u0131k. Mevcut 48 y\u00f6neticimizin t\u00fcm\u00fc, 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde bu e\u011fitimleri ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlad\u0131.<\/div>\n<div>Hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimiz di\u011fer \u00f6nemli bir projemiz ise yeti\u015ftirilmek \u00fczere personel i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecimizin yap\u0131land\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yd\u0131. \u0130lk olarak,\u00a0 bu proje ile kullanmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ki\u015filik envanterini ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz farkl\u0131 yetkinlik ve deneyimlerdeki personellerimize uygulad\u0131k. Yine proje dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten firma yetkilileri, birka\u00e7 personelimizle yetkinlik bazl\u0131 y\u00fcz y\u00fcze m\u00fclakat ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirerek onlar\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerini analiz etti.\u00a0 B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrlerimizin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz bir toplant\u0131yla da ayn\u0131 dile konu\u015fabilmek ad\u0131na iyi bir sat\u0131\u015f dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131ndan beklentilerimizi ve \u015firketimiz optik sat\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecini firma yetkilileriyle payla\u015ft\u0131k.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n\u0130deal sat\u0131\u015f dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 profili belirlendi<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>T\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar neticesinde\u00a0 Atasun Optik \u0130deal Sat\u0131\u015f Dan\u0131\u015fman\u0131 Profili\u2019ni ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131k. Belirtmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz de\u011ferlendirme \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctlerini aday\u0131n envanter sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na bakarak analiz ediyoruz. B\u00f6ylece adaylar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve geli\u015fime a\u00e7\u0131k y\u00f6nlerini m\u00fclakatlar esnas\u0131nda daha net sorgulayabiliyoruz.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ilk s\u0131rada geliyor<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Atasun Optik \u0130K Departman\u0131 olarak temel \u00f6nceliklerimizden birisi ve halihaz\u0131rda \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Atasun Optik Y\u00f6netici Geli\u015fim Program\u0131 (YGP). Atasun Akademi b\u00fcnyesindeki Y\u00f6netici Geli\u015fim Program\u0131 3 temel a\u015famadan olu\u015fuyor. Ma\u011fazalardaki potansiyel y\u00f6netici adaylar\u0131n\u0131n ki\u015fisel, mesleki ve y\u00f6netsel becerilerini geli\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in haz\u0131rlanan e\u011fitim programlar\u0131, de\u011ferlendirme merkezi ve ki\u015fiye \u00f6zel geli\u015fim plan\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7eren i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 y\u00f6neticilik e\u011fitimidir. Bu geli\u015fim program\u0131 ile Atasun Optik kurum k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne uygun, ma\u011faza y\u00f6neticisi temel ve tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 yetkinliklerine sahip ma\u011faza y\u00f6netici adaylar\u0131n\u0131n yeti\u015ftirilmesi ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. H\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisindeki \u015firketimizin mevcut ve yeni ma\u011fazalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netici ihtiyac\u0131 i\u00e7 terfi y\u00f6ntemiyle kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f olacak.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nPerformans \u00e7ift tarafl\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriliyor<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda 9 ay s\u00fcren kapsaml\u0131 bir proje ile ma\u011fazalar\u0131m\u0131zda performans de\u011ferlendirme sistemimizi kurduk. Sistemde yaln\u0131zca y\u00f6neticiler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da y\u00f6neticilerini de\u011ferlendiriyor. Sistemin en temel fark\u0131 \u00fcst y\u00f6netimin verdi\u011fi kararlar do\u011frultusunda kurulan de\u011fil, her a\u015famas\u0131nda ma\u011faza y\u00f6neticilerinden g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131nan ve onlar\u0131n y\u00f6nlendirmeleriyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir de\u011ferlendirme sistemi olmas\u0131. Bu nedenle, sahadaki ekip taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00e7abuk benimsendi, i\u00e7selle\u015ftirildi ve ba\u015far\u0131yla uygulan\u0131yor.<br \/>\nPerformans de\u011ferlendirme sistemi kapsam\u0131nda bireysel sat\u0131\u015f hedefi yan\u0131nda Gizli M\u00fc\u015fteri Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 (GMA) hedefi gibi ma\u011faza geneli i\u00e7in konulmu\u015f, tak\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendiren hedefler de mevcut.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\nPotansiyel Y\u00f6netici Adaylar\u0131 ke\u015ffediliyor<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Potansiyel Y\u00f6netici Adaylar\u0131 (PYA), PYA De\u011ferlendirme Formu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re performans\u0131 ve potansiyeli en y\u00fcksek olan personeller aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7iliyor. Potansiyel Y\u00f6netici Adaylar\u0131, 10-12 ki\u015filik gruplar halinde program\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131 olan Atasun Akademi s\u0131n\u0131f e\u011fitimlerine kat\u0131l\u0131yorlar. \u0130\u00e7 kaynaklarla yakla\u015f\u0131k 6 ayda haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ve tamamen \u015firketimize \u00f6zg\u00fc olan yetkinlik bazl\u0131 4 farkl\u0131 e\u011fitim program\u0131na (Temel \u0130leti\u015fim Becerileri, M\u00fc\u015fteri \u0130li\u015fkileri ve Ma\u011faza Y\u00f6netimi, Tak\u0131m \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131, Zaman Y\u00f6netimi ve Planlama) dahil ediliyor. Ayr\u0131ca d\u0131\u015f kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131na giderek Fark Yaratan Y\u00f6neticilik e\u011fitimi ile potansiyel y\u00f6netici adaylar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n farkl\u0131 bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 kazanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz. S\u0131n\u0131f e\u011fitimlerinin son g\u00fcn\u00fcnde ise Ya\u015fayarak \u00d6\u011frenme ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda sadece uygulamalar\u0131n olaca\u011f\u0131 bir oturum yap\u0131yoruz.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar inisiyatif almalar\u0131 i\u00e7in y\u00f6nlendiriyorlar\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>S\u0131n\u0131f e\u011fitimlerinin ard\u0131ndan potansiyel y\u00f6netici adaylar\u0131 1 veya 2 ay s\u00fcresince i\u015fba\u015f\u0131 e\u011fitimine tabi tutuluyorlar. Program\u0131n son a\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 ise de\u011ferlendirme merkezi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Operasyon ve \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131, de\u011ferlendirme merkezine kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm potansiyel y\u00f6netici adaylar\u0131 ile birebir de\u011ferlendirme toplant\u0131s\u0131 yaparak geli\u015fim plan\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015f\u0131yor. potansiyel y\u00f6netici adaylar\u0131, Y\u00f6netici Geli\u015fim Program\u0131\u2019nda (YGP) g\u00f6sterdikleri ba\u015far\u0131ya g\u00f6re belirlenen s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde y\u00f6netici aday\u0131 olarak atan\u0131yor ve bir ma\u011fazan\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu alarak performanslar\u0131 yak\u0131ndan takip ediliyor.
