Ve belirlenen periyotlarda bu e\u011fitimlere kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flanarak, aday\u0131n geli\u015fimi \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 departman\u0131 ve program y\u00f6netmeni taraf\u0131ndan g\u00f6zlemlenerek takip ediliyor.
