Firma i\u015fe al\u0131mda dijital ortamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak \u00e7evre bilincine sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z katk\u0131lar\u0131n dolay\u0131, \u0130stanbul \u00c7evre Konseyi Federasyonu \u00c7evre B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019ne lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn 19 ilde e\u011fitim veren Do\u011fa Koleji\u2019nin \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc 2007\u2019de kuruldu. Genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck yap\u0131lanmas\u0131nda i\u015fe al\u0131m, kariyer planlama, e\u011fitim ve etkinlik y\u00f6netimi, performans y\u00f6netimi, motivasyon-\u00f6d\u00fcllendirme, \u00fccret y\u00f6netimi ve \u00f6zl\u00fck i\u015fleri fonksiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten 9 ki\u015filik uzman bir ekibi var. \u0130K stratejilerini belirleyen, s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini koordine genel m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck yap\u0131lanmas\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra okullarda, sahadaki y\u00f6neticiler de \u0130K s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde g\u00f6rev al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ad\u0131m\u0131z \u201c\u00f6zel\u201d okul olsa da, di\u011fer i\u015fletmeler kadar \u00f6zerk de\u011filiz<\/strong><br \/>\nE\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda \u0130K y\u00f6netiminin, di\u011fer i\u015fletmelerden olduk\u00e7a farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6steriyor. Di\u011fer hizmet sekt\u00f6rlerinde insan fakt\u00f6r\u00fc \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olsa da, e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda bu \u00f6zellik \u00e7ok daha fazla \u00f6n planda. E\u011fitim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, gerek i\u015fe al\u0131m ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, gerek \u00fccret y\u00f6netimi, \u00f6zl\u00fck uygulamalar\u0131 ve personel arz talep dengeleri Mill\u00ee E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n uygulama ve stratejilerine g\u00f6re \u015fekilleniyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin akademik personelin taban \u00fccretlerini, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcrelerini Bakanl\u0131k belirliyor.<br \/>\nHizmet sekt\u00f6rlerinin en b\u00fcy\u00fck gider kalemi personel \u00fccretleridir. Hi\u00e7bir sekt\u00f6rde olmayan bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131kla, t\u00fcm personelimizin y\u00fczde 85\u2019ine yaz aylar\u0131nda 2- 2.5 ay \u00fccretli izin veriyoruz. E\u011fitim sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla genelde bir y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcreli s\u00f6zle\u015fme yap\u0131l\u0131r. S\u00f6zle\u015fmeler her y\u0131l g\u00fcncellendi\u011finden di\u011fer sekt\u00f6rlerden farkl\u0131 olarak turnover oran\u0131 y\u00fcksek.<br \/>\nSekt\u00f6rdeki kurumlar\u0131n yap\u0131s\u0131na ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re, \u201cGelecek y\u0131l s\u00f6zle\u015fmem yenilenir mi, yenilenmez mi\u201d; \u201c\u00c7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz ama \u00fccretimizi alabilecek miyiz\u201d \u00e7o\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n en temel kayg\u0131s\u0131. Bu nedenle \u00f6zel \u00f6\u011fretim kurumunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen devlet atamas\u0131na ba\u015fvuran veya her y\u0131l bir ba\u015fka kurumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k haline getirmi\u015f \u00f6\u011fretmenler olabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130K uygulamalar\u0131yla sekt\u00f6rde \u00f6nc\u00fc<\/strong><br \/>\nKurumsal sadakat program\u0131, \u00f6d\u00fcl ve motivasyon programlar\u0131, i\u015f saatlerinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan lehine d\u00fczenlenmesi, adaletli \u00fccret y\u00f6netimi uygulamalar\u0131, hobi kul\u00fcpleri, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 gezileri f\u0131rsatlar\u0131, e\u011fitim ve geli\u015fim programlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve motivasyonunu art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u0130K politikalar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131\u2026 \u0130K departman\u0131 sekt\u00f6rdeki bir\u00e7ok kurumda yer alm\u0131yor. Olanlarda da hala, \u00fccret hesaplamalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, bordo ve vizite ka\u011f\u0131d\u0131 talep edilen bir birim olarak alg\u0131lan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTeknolojiyi kullanan en iyi okul\u201d kategorisinde d\u00fcnya birincisi<\/strong><br \/>\nNisan 2010\u2019dan bu yana, Do\u011fa\u2019daki t\u00fcm \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini ve uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 web tabanl\u0131 olarak dijital ortamda takip ediyoruz. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya da \u201cYeni Nesil\/Dijital \u0130K\u201d ismini verdik. 2008 de, 3500 civar\u0131ndaki aday okul aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmede ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u201cTeknolojiyi En \u0130yi Kullanan Okul\u201d kategorisindeki D\u00fcnya birincili\u011fimizi, \u0130K\u2019daki uygulamalarla da peki\u015ftirmi\u015f oluyoruz. \u00d6rne\u011fin, bu uygulamalar\u0131n bir sonucu olarak, 2009\u2019dan bu yana Do\u011fa Koleji\u2019ne ka\u011f\u0131t cv ile ba\u015fvuru kabul etmiyoruz. 39 bin 500 aday\u0131n ba\u015fvurdu\u011fu Kariyer net \u00fczerinden se\u00e7me ve yerle\u015ftirme s\u00fcrecini y\u00f6netiyoruz. \u0130lanlar\u0131m\u0131za ba\u015fvurup bizi tercih eden adaylar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 de\u011ferlendirmeye \u00f6ncelik veriyoruz. Dijital ortamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015farak \u00e7evre bilincine sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z katk\u0131lardan dolay\u0131, \u0130stanbul Valili\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan \u0130stanbul \u00c7evre Konseyi Federasyonu \u00c7evre B\u00fcy\u00fck \u00d6d\u00fcl\u00fc\u2019ne lay\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c\u00dcniversitelerle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yap\u0131yoruz\u201d<\/strong><br \/>\nStandart \u0130K uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6tesinde, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimizin ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimini, teknolojiye yatk\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ayr\u0131ca \u00f6nemsiyoruz. Bu konuda yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n gelece\u011fimize yat\u0131r\u0131m oldu\u011funun bilincindeyiz. Bu nedenle, \u0130stanbul, Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik, \u00d6zye\u011fin ve Marmara \u00dcniversiteleri ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz i\u015fbirlikleri ve bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede olu\u015fturdu\u011fumuz \u201cDo\u011fa \u00d6\u011fretmen Akademisi\u201d, \u201cY\u00f6netici Geli\u015ftirme Programlar\u0131\u201d sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczde bizi \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131karan uygulamalardan baz\u0131lar\u0131.<br \/>\n\u201cE\u011fitimde De\u011fi\u015fim Hareketi\u201d ile de sosyal sorumluluk program\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netiminde de Do\u011fa \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 olarak aktif yer al\u0131yoruz. Bu program\u0131n i\u00e7eri\u011findeki etkinliklerle de; hem kurum i\u00e7i, hem de kurum d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u00f6\u011fretmen ve y\u00f6neticilerimize y\u00f6nelik proje gruplar\u0131, e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 ve sosyal-k\u00fclt\u00fcrel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla-e\u011fitimcilerimizin ki\u015fisel geli\u015fimlerine ve kariyer birikimlerine katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sanal ortamda performans de\u011ferlendirme<\/strong><br \/>\nDo\u011fa PYS &#8211; 3600 Performans Y\u00f6netim Sistemi\u2019ni \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 web sayfam\u0131z \u00fczerinden t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011fretmen ve y\u00f6netici dahil beyaz yakal\u0131 personelimize uyguluyoruz. Her pozisyon ve bran\u015f i\u00e7in belirlenmi\u015f performans yetkinliklerimiz var. De\u011ferlendirmeye kat\u0131lan t\u00fcm personelimiz kendi performans karnelerini ve Y\u00f6neticilerimiz ise kendine ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n e-karnelerini g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleyip yorum yapabiliyorlar. 3600 Performans Y\u00f6netim Sistemimizin de bir\u00e7ok \u00f6zel e\u011fitim kurumuna g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterdi\u011fini ifade edebilirim.<br \/>\n\u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131nda, b\u00f6l\u00fcm ba\u015fkanlar\u0131 ve Okul y\u00f6neticileriyle birlikte i\u015fe al\u0131m s\u00fcrecimizde g\u00f6rev alan 82 ki\u015filik geni\u015f bir kadromuz var. Personel i\u015fe al\u0131mlar\u0131nda t\u00fcm ba\u015fvurular \u00f6ncelikle \u0130K koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kendi i\u015fiyle ilgili inisiyatif sahibi. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan odakl\u0131 \u00fccret y\u00f6netimi uygulamalar\u0131, yurt i\u00e7i yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131 geziler, e\u011fitim uygulamalar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n organize etti\u011fi veya kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 sosyal sorumluluk projeleri destekleri hepsi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan motivasyonunu sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z.<br \/>\nKurumsal sadakat program\u0131m\u0131z i\u00e7eri\u011findeki uygulamalar hem Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hem de deneyimli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hedefliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za sundu\u011fumuz f\u0131rsatlar ve yan haklar sayesinde kurumdan ayr\u0131lma oran\u0131 sadece y\u00fczde 5.2. Sekt\u00f6r ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 15 civar\u0131nda oldu\u011funu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131rsan\u0131z olduk\u00e7a iyi bir durumday\u0131z.<br \/>\n<strong>Sosyal sorumluluk bilinciyle hareket ediyorlar<\/strong><br \/>\nG\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck esas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda sosyal sorumluluk projelerimizde g\u00f6rev alan beyaz yaka personelimize ayda bir g\u00fcn ayr\u0131ca izin verece\u011fiz. Bu uygulaman\u0131n detay\u0131na indi\u011finizde, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck projelerinde g\u00f6rev alacak 2000 personelin izin \u00fccret bedeli kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kurum b\u00fct\u00e7esine maliyeti, Do\u011fa kolejinin ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n sosyal sorumluluk projelerine ne kadar \u00f6nem verdi\u011finin ciddi bir g\u00f6stergesi. Ayr\u0131ca performans y\u00f6netim sistemi sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re bu y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131za iki farkl\u0131 d\u00f6nemde 200 bin TL\u2019y\u0131 bulan performans \u00f6d\u00fclleri da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131k.<br \/>\nKurum sadakatini \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme ad\u0131na, her y\u0131l \u00f6\u011fretmenler g\u00fcn\u00fc kutlamalar\u0131nda hediye ve \u00f6d\u00fcl program\u0131 d\u00fczenliyoruz; Do\u011fa Koleji&#8217;nde 5 ve \u00fczeri y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 dolduran \u00f6\u011fretmen ve y\u00f6neticilerimize \u00e7ok \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00f6d\u00fcller ve hediyelerin verildi\u011fi bir program. Bu y\u0131l 3. hediye otomobilimizi de Kartal Do\u011fa Koleji\u2019nden s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmenimize verdik.<br \/>\nSekt\u00f6rde e\u011fitim denince akla ilk gelen \u201cs\u0131n\u0131f y\u00f6netimi\u201d gibi e\u011fitimler oluyor. Oysa \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin ve akademik birim y\u00f6neticilerinin, Y ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131na hitap etme, e\u011fitim teknolojileri uygulamalar\u0131, liderlik ve ko\u00e7luk uygulamalar\u0131, yurtd\u0131\u015f\u0131 ili\u015fkiler, problem \u00e7\u00f6zme teknikleri, ileti\u015fim sanat\u0131 gibi e\u011fitimlere \u00f6ncelik verilmesi gerekiyor. Okullar\u0131n orta ve \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6neticilerin ise kesinlikle ihtiyac\u0131 olan e\u011fitimler; m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti, \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirme ve marketing stratejileri, i\u015fletme finansman y\u00f6netimi gibi do\u011frudan i\u015fletmenin ayakta kal\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve geli\u015ftirilmesine y\u00f6nelik e\u011fitimler almas\u0131 gerekir.<br \/>\n<strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n cep telefonlar\u0131na k\u0131sa e\u011fitim mesajlar\u0131 g\u00f6nderilecek<\/strong><br \/>\nBu y\u0131l 10 yeni kamp\u00fcs a\u00e7mam\u0131z nedeniyle, \u015fu an en s\u0131cak g\u00fcndemimiz se\u00e7me yerle\u015ftirme, uzaktan e\u011fitim projeleri ve yeni personelin oryantasyon e\u011fitimleri. Turkcell ile ge\u00e7en ay imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z i\u015fbirli\u011fi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ve velilerimizin cep telefonlar\u0131na g\u00f6nderilecek k\u0131sa videolar format\u0131nda e\u011fitimler tasarlat\u0131yoruz.<br \/>\nG\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n katk\u0131lar\u0131yla, Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi G\u00f6rme Engelliler Teknoloji ve E\u011fitim Laboratuvar\u0131 (GETEM) ile g\u00f6rme engellilere y\u00f6nelik kitap okuma kampanyam\u0131z devam ediyor. T\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n evlerinde ve i\u015f ortam\u0131nda do\u011faya duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131ran ve onu korumay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan \u201cGreen School &amp; Office\u201d uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 Nisan ay\u0131nda ba\u015flat\u0131yoruz. WWF ile y\u00fcr\u00fctmeyi planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u201cye\u015fil ofis\u201d uygulamalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 t\u00fcm Do\u011fa Okullar\u0131\u2019nda etkin uygulamaya ge\u00e7iyoruz.
