Ve bir y\u0131l\u0131n sonunda uygulanmak istenen organizasyon yap\u0131s\u0131 ve \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 stratejileri ile ilgili d\u0131\u015f ticaret grubunun t\u00fcm y\u00f6netim ekibine bir sunum yap\u0131ld\u0131. Marmaris\u2019te yap\u0131lan sunumun ard\u0131ndan, \u00f6nerilen yap\u0131lar uygun bulundu ve uygulamaya al\u0131nmas\u0131na karar verildi.
