Ara\u015ft\u0131rma hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Aslan, \u201cKilidi K\u0131rmak ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131; d\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerin m\u00fccadele ettikleri \u2018mit\u2019leri, \u00f6nlerine \u00e7\u0131kan\/\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan duvarlar\u0131 ve engelleri a\u015f\u0131p nas\u0131l \u2018ba\u015fard\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131\u2019 anlat\u0131yor. \u00d6zellikle de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, y\u00f6netici pozisyonuna ge\u00e7erken ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131na, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 sorunlara dair samimi ve \u00f6nemli ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar i\u00e7eriyor. K\u0131saca de\u011finmek gerekirse, kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticiler \u2018erkek i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda\u2019 pek \u00e7ok toplumsal \u00f6nyarg\u0131yla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmak zorunda kal\u0131yor. Y\u00f6netici konumuna ge\u00e7erken y\u00fckselen bariyerler, motivasyonu yok edebiliyor veya kad\u0131n bulundu\u011fu yerde kalmak i\u00e7in bir erkekten daha fazla \u00e7aba harc\u0131yor\u201d a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda mutlak cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011fini savunuyoruz<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>KPMG\u2019de i\u015f hayat\u0131nda mutlak cinsiyet e\u015fitli\u011finin savunuldu\u011funu, kad\u0131n\u0131 \u201ckad\u0131n\u201d olarak de\u011fil insan olarak g\u00f6ren bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcm s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ifade eden Alsan, \u201cDurum tespiti yapmak, bundan yola \u00e7\u0131karak \u2018mit\u2019lerin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki perdeyi aralamak, ya\u015fananlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylenir k\u0131lmak, te\u015fhis koyup \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm aramak, \u00f6nerilerde bulunmak ve hepsinden \u00f6nemlisi kendi duru\u015fumuzu \u00e7o\u011faltmak amac\u0131yla bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 dikkatinize sunuyoruz\u201d dedi.\u00a0Alsan, ara\u015ft\u0131rma a\u015famas\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki dev \u015firketlerin kad\u0131n ve erkek y\u00f6neticileriyle yap\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelere de\u011finerek, \u201cBu sohbetler y\u00f6netici kat\u0131ndaki kilitlerin nas\u0131l k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na \u0131\u015f\u0131k tuttu. Bu nedenle, kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticilerin ba\u015far\u0131 hikayelerinin arkas\u0131nda yatan nedenlerin a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a konu\u015fulmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemsiyoruz. \u0130nan\u0131yoruz ki, kilidi k\u0131rabilen kad\u0131n y\u00f6neticiler di\u011fer kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n da \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7acak. Onlara sa\u011flanan destekler ve \u00f6nlerine \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan engeller, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda var olan toplumsal cinsiyete dayal\u0131 zihniyet kal\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in belki de anahtar olacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Alsan, rapordan \u00e7\u0131kan sonucu \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131nlar i\u015f hayat\u0131nda y\u00f6netici pozisyonuna gelebilmek i\u00e7in hem kendi bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 hem de toplumun bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmek zorunda. Kad\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f hayat\u0131nda kalmas\u0131n\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131ran yasal d\u00fczenlemeler yetersiz ancak dahas\u0131, var olan yasalar da tam anlam\u0131yla uygulanm\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sorun yasalardan \u00e7ok anlay\u0131\u015fta\u201d s\u00f6zleriyle \u00f6zetledi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Engeller de\u011fi\u015fmedi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bas\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda konu\u015fan KPMG T\u00fcrkiye Denetim B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve \u015eirket Orta\u011f\u0131 Nesrin Tuncer ise ara\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131 yapmaya nas\u0131l karar verdiklerini \u015f\u00f6yle anlatt\u0131: \u201cKPMG\u2019nin k\u00fcresel a\u011f\u0131nda yap\u0131lan Cracking the Code ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n a\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131 izlerken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de y\u00f6netici seviyesindeki kad\u0131nlar\u0131n yukar\u0131ya t\u0131rman\u0131rken ne ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. \u0130\u015f hayat\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kan\/\u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan engellerin 30 y\u0131ld\u0131r de\u011fi\u015fmedi\u011fini, sorunlar\u0131n bi\u00e7im de\u011fi\u015ftirerek \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc korudu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck. 30 y\u0131l bir nesil demek. Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirken, bizden sonraki nesil bir 30 y\u0131l daha kad\u0131n\u0131n annelik hakk\u0131n\u0131, kre\u015f sorununu, erkeklerle ayn\u0131 i\u015fi yap\u0131p daha az kazanmas\u0131n\u0131 konu\u015fmas\u0131n diye yol a\u00e7mak istedik. Hizmet vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk g\u00fcnden bu yana duru\u015fuyla, anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla, uygulamalar\u0131yla \u2018i\u015f hayat\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u2019 kavram\u0131n\u0131 hayat\u0131n ola\u011fan ak\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan sayan, kilidi k\u0131ran ama kad\u0131n oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in negatif ya da pozitif hi\u00e7bir ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131kla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmayan ki\u015filerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 KPMG \u00f6rne\u011finin, bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck dile\u011fimiz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>ILO\u2019nun 2017 verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kad\u0131n istihdam oran\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na ancak orta ve \u00fcst d\u00fczey kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici say\u0131s\u0131nda paralel bir art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclmedi\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Tuncer, \u201cYayg\u0131n de\u011ferlendirme; kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131 artarken kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hem i\u015f hem de ev sorumlulu\u011funu \u00fcstlendi\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde. Yani kad\u0131nlar kariyer yolculu\u011funda ev sorumluluklar\u0131yla ilgili yeterli deste\u011fi alamay\u0131nca i\u015f hayat\u0131n\u0131 aktif s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmekle yetiniyor, y\u00fckselmek planlar\u0131n\u0131 hayat\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan \u00e7\u0131kan sonuca g\u00f6re, kad\u0131n y\u00f6netici olman\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki engeller \u015f\u00f6yle:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kad\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir \u015fartlanmayla ba\u015ftan y\u00f6neticili\u011fe d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmemesi.<\/li>\n<li>Kad\u0131n\u0131n kendi \u015fartlanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile zaten y\u00f6neticili\u011fi hedefine koymamas\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Kad\u0131n\u0131n anneli\u011finin engel olarak g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi.<\/li>\n<li>Annelik i\u00e7in verilen aran\u0131n zaman kayb\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesi.<\/li>\n<li>Kad\u0131nlar i\u015fe al\u0131n\u0131rken ya da y\u00f6netici konumuna getirilmesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrken; \u201cEvlili\u011fi ya da anneli\u011fi \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na ya da seyahat etmesine engel olabilir\u201d \u00f6nyarg\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n zihinlerde hakim olmas\u0131.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tuncer, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201c\u0130\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda kad\u0131n n\u00fcfusunun h\u0131zla artmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, \u00fcst y\u00f6netim pozisyonlar\u0131nda kad\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan oran\u0131n\u0131n olduk\u00e7a az oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcst d\u00fczey y\u00f6netici pozisyonlar\u0131na gelmelerinde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 engeller, cinsiyet ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 konusunda en s\u0131k kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan \u00f6rnekler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Y\u00f6netim literat\u00fcr\u00fcnde \u2018cam tavan\u2019 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeyen bariyerler, toplumdaki \u2018cinsiyet\u2019 temelli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce kal\u0131plar\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n y\u00f6netim kademelerine gelmelerinin \u00f6n\u00fcndeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck engeller olarak s\u0131ralan\u0131yor. Bunlar, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n liyakatlerine bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n ilerlemelerini engelleyen, a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclmeyen ve ifade edilemeyen engellerin nedeni olarak biliniyor. Bu durum, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kariyer ilerlemelerini olumsuz etkiledi\u011fi kadar y\u00f6netimde ciddi sorunlar\u0131 da beraberinde getiriyor.
