Hayat\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 ya\u015famaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken yediklerimizi de h\u0131zland\u0131rd\u0131k\u201d dedi. Dr. Gizem K\u00f6se, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in \u015fu \u00f6nerilerde bulunuyor:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ofiste ev yemeklerinde ya\u011fa dikkat edin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00d6\u011fle yemeklerinde yap\u0131lan tercihler g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde besin t\u00fcketimlerinizi do\u011frudan etkiler. Baz\u0131 ofislerde ev yemekleri ve a\u00e7\u0131k b\u00fcfeler bulunurken baz\u0131lar\u0131nda d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan besin t\u00fcketimi olabiliyor. <strong>Ofiste ev yeme\u011fi<\/strong> t\u00fcketiminde dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta yeme\u011fin ne kadar ya\u011f i\u00e7erdi\u011fidir. Pi\u015firim s\u0131ras\u0131nda eklenen ya\u011f sonras\u0131nda yeme\u011fin suyuna ge\u00e7er, bu y\u00fczden ev yeme\u011fi var ise yeme\u011fin suyunu t\u00fcketmemenizde fayda var. Bu \u015fans\u0131 iyi kullan\u0131n ve k\u0131zartmalardan uzak durun!<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131k t\u00fcketin<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Oturarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 at\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131klard\u0131r. At\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmal\u0131klarda yap\u0131lan tercihler \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7ikolata, bisk\u00fcvi gibi h\u0131zl\u0131 t\u00fcketimi olan besinler i\u00e7erdikleri \u015feker sebebiyle kan \u015fekerini h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckseltip d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrebiliyor. Bu durumda bir sonraki \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn saatini beklemeden tekrar bir \u015feyler yeme iste\u011fi olu\u015fabiliyor. Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ile ad\u0131m \u015feker i\u00e7eri\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olan besinleri tercih etmek. Burada evden getirilecek taze ya da kuru meyveler hayat kurtar\u0131c\u0131 olabilir. B\u00f6ylece paketli besinler yerine sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 karbonhidratlar alarak kan \u015fekerinizi dengede tutabilirsiniz. Ayr\u0131ca her t\u00fcketece\u011finiz besinden \u00f6nce 1 bardak su i\u00e7erek hem su t\u00fcketiminizi art\u0131rabilir hem de a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kontrol edebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Light \u00fcr\u00fcnler sizi kand\u0131rmas\u0131n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u015eekersiz diyet \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin tercih edilmesi ger\u00e7ekten de \u015feker t\u00fcketimini azalt\u0131yor. Ama miktara dikkat edin. Bir besin \u015fekersiz diye kalorisiz demek de\u011fildir. Su hari\u00e7 her besinin bir enerji i\u00e7eri\u011fi bulunur. Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalara g\u00f6re ofis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131nda m\u0131s\u0131r gevre\u011fi ve esmer ekmek t\u00fcketimi yayg\u0131n olmakla beraber yine miktarlara dikkat edilmiyor. Burada bir noktaya parmak basal\u0131m: Ne yedi\u011finiz de\u011fil ne kadar yedi\u011finiz \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7ay ve kahve su yerine ge\u00e7mez<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7ecek olarak \u00e7ay ve kahvenin bolca tercih edildi\u011fi ofis ortamlar\u0131nda su i\u00e7mek her zaman unutuluyor. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn su t\u00fcketimi \u00f6nerisi g\u00fcnde kg ba\u015f\u0131na 30ml \u015feklindedir. Bu y\u00fczden kilonuzu 30 say\u0131s\u0131 ile \u00e7arparak g\u00fcnl\u00fck su t\u00fcketimini hesaplay\u0131n ve bu say\u0131ya ula\u015fmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. E\u011fer su t\u00fcketiminiz d\u00fczene girerse metabolizman\u0131z\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131rmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ay ve kahve de asla su yerine ge\u00e7mez, aksine v\u00fccutta su tutulumuna sebep olur.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Limon tokluk s\u00fcresini uzat\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Yemeklerin yan\u0131nda t\u00fcketilen kalorili i\u00e7eceklere de de\u011finmekte fayda var. Meyve suyu \u00f6zellikle yaz aylar\u0131nda en s\u0131k tercih edilen i\u00e7eceklerdendir. Ancak meyve suyu sadece karbonhidrat i\u00e7erir, lif i\u00e7eri\u011fi yoktur. Bu y\u00fczden de kan \u015fekerinizi \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 y\u00fckseltir ayr\u0131ca bo\u015f kalori kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun yerine protein de i\u00e7eren ayran, kefir gibi daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 tercihler yapabilirsiniz. E\u011fer ki yeme\u011fin yan\u0131na yak\u0131\u015fm\u0131yorsa da en sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 i\u00e7ecek olarak mineralli suyu tercih edebilirsiniz. \u0130\u00e7ti\u011finiz i\u00e7eceklere limon eklemeniz hem daha ho\u015f bir aroma sa\u011flar hem de tokluk s\u00fcrenizi uzatmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Bu y\u00fczden tansiyonla ilgili bir probleminiz yoksa su ya da mineralli su t\u00fcketti\u011finizde limon dilimleri ekleyebilirsiniz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Tuz \u00f6dem olu\u015fturuyor<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Son de\u011finilmesi gereken nokta ise k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn bir al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan tuz. Yemeklerin tad\u0131na bakmadan tuz atmay\u0131n.
