- BA, BSc or MBA degree in relevant fields
- Min 5 years of Sales Management or Account Management experience in Government Industry,
- Experience in solution selling in Information Technology or Telecommunications Industries,
- Experience on developing account/territory/partner business plans and strategies, and executing them,
- Experience in building or maintaining customer relations with all levels of organization( experts &managers & CxOs)
- Competecy on Return on Investment Analysis for financial justifications of sales propositons,

We are seeking a Government Sales Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Government Sales Senior Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
- Identify customer needs around the mobile&fixed, core services and value added solutions requirements and provide compelling proofs,
- Articulate business value of the solutions and bridge mapping technologies,
- Grow government sales revenue through both core and value added mobile and fixed telecommunication services,
- Develop new business through public procurement bid tenders, new sources of funding and by utilizing partner ecosystem,
- Develop sales pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy and close sales deals with good sense of business,
- Screen and monitor customer satisfaction from proposal stage to the contract&operations management,
- Enhance company image through customer facing and influence efforts, presentations, speaking opportunities,
