Production Engineer

• We are looking for three (3) production engineers with below qualifications:
   
• Graduated from Mechanical / Manufacturing / Mechatronics / Automotive / Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department
• M.Sc. Graduate or Student is preferred
• Solid background in the field of materials & manufacturing methods in one of the following processes; Plastics Injection Molding, Robot Welding or Assembly Processes etc.
• CAD software user (CATIA and/or SolidWorks preferred)
• Have knowledge on pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics
• Have knowledge on electric circuit components and control logic
• Having knowledge about a programming language is preferred (C++ etc.)
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Advanced level of English both in grammar and verbal skills
• Resident in Izmit or Sakarya
• Aged below 30 and military service completed
• Driving license and active driving skill (B Grade)
• Able to travel abroad for business trips
• Good communication skills and acting in proactive manner as a team player
• Eager to take responsibility and initiative

İŞ TANIMI

• Process design of demanding production figures and quality & safety requirements
• Join & lead research activities in R&D center to trigger new initiatives (material, method, machining, processing etc.)
• Applying related engineering standards and leading IATF 16949 and FMEA activities effectively to eliminate safety, efficiency, quality, delivery and any other failure risks
• Preparation of part lists, assembly lists and documentation of designed machines

        including machine manuals to train and handover to relevant users

• Making continuous improvement studies & kaizens to increase manufacturingefficiency and eliminate quality problems
• Leading teamwork activities to handle specific mass production and project related topics (tooling follow up, trial management, supplier improvement events)
• Building up a concrete information flow through local and international suppliers and customers
