IT System Analyst (Expert)

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial etc.) OR relevant Information departments
• Strong knowledge of job analysis processes and methodologies (formal education in Job Analysis /    System Analysis is preferred)
• Interested in concepts like User Experience and Design Thinking
• Preferably experienced and qualified in software developing methodologies such as (Agile, prototyping, waterfall etc.)
• Knowledge in SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Capable of using work flow and process design applications
• Preferrably experienced in developing softwares like C#, .Net, Asp, Java  etc.
• Team-work oriented and strong communication skills
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking)
• Willing to locate in Sakarya or Kocaeli

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for a teammate who will bear the following responsibilities:

• Carry out below activities for web-based or client/server based applications together with internal/external shareholders;
• Creation of analysis and design documents
• Identification of work flows and processes
• Generation of project plans
• Developing the applications inhouse or together with the solution partners
• Project management
• Testing, Activation and Integration,
• Application Management,
• Documentation ,
• Delivery of user trainings

• Deeply analyze current processess in order to improve or automatize 

• Review current practices and new requests perodically, develop applicable and permanent solutionalternatives for re-curring requests implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. 
• Set up a structure in order to ease / improve analysis or reporting processes and give recommendations on current IT systems and practices.
