İŞ TANIMI

Essity Professional Hygiene Turkey is looking for a Sales and Marketing Analyst. The role will be in Kartal, Istanbul. Sales and Marketing Analyst will be responsible for providing timely and effective administrative support to a sales team, unit, or department for more complex activities and enquiries.
The position reports to the Sales Manager AfH and has a dotted line to theMarketing Director, AfH in the area of Customer Marketing tasks.

• Draft more complex sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Use databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders, deliveries and/or other activities; and to generate sales reports and statistics.
• Provide analysis of sales and customer data and propose and generate tools and methods for improved sales efficiency and profitability.
• Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support the sales team’s activities.
• Answer more complex, difficult or escalated internal and customer enquiries.
• Maintaining and calculating sales incentive records.
• Temporarily running customer service responsibilities covering order entry, invoice customers, track the status of orders and deliveries, supply chain support, maintaining up-to-date customer records; and to generate sales reports.
• Direct sales support on end customers and distributors on calls, quotation sending’s, distributor meetings, payment follow up.
• Support to Customer Marketing activities in Turkey in line with the regional strategies.
