• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Engineering or related other fields from reputable universities

• Level III CMB License is a preferred

• Master’s degree and/or other professional degrees (e.g. CFA, SMM) is a plus,

• Min. 3 years  of relevant experience for Assistant Manager

• Min. 5 years  of relevant experience for Manager

• Deep experience in M&A, privatization and restructuring projects is a must
• Strong and solid knowledge in offering, issuance and marketing dynamics of Debt Capital Markets and Equity Capital Markets products, experience with other Capital Markets related projects (tender call, delisting, squeeze out, capital increase, etc.) and familiarity with CMB and BIST regulations and conducts is a plus
• Advanced modeling and valuation skills backed by strong financial analysis capability and advanced level Excel usage
• Advanced presentation skills backed by high level Power Point usage
• Ability to work in a multi-task environment, self-driven with strong desire for taking initiative with a long term perspective of adding value to the team and quickly complete detailed analysis with a high degree of accuracy
• Required to have strong analytical, quantitative and presentation skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and reporting skills in Turkish and English,
• Client focused, solution oriented and deal centric to ensure high quality service with a flawless work ethic,
• Has advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles,
• Stamina to work long hours,
• Directly reporting to the Department Head.

We are looking for a new team member for our Corporate Finance Department who will be responsible with execution of investment banking activities in M&A advisory, Debt and Equity Offerings and Issuances, Financial Consulting & Valuation Services, other Capital Markets related projects (tender call, delisting, squeeze out, capital increase, etc.)
