- BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
- Min 2-3 year of experience in Data Analysis /BI / Analytics / Finance / Analysis / Modelling / Ecommerce Analysis or similar roles
- Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
- Adobe Analytics (Omniture) knowledge to create digital journeys and create full funnel reports
- Have a strong analytics mindset and ability to analyze data and create insights for marketing ideas, sales opportunities and customer experience improvement actions, pays attention to details
- Has passion to learn ecommerce industry and digital sales dynamics
- Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (Commercial, UX, Supply Chain, etc) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality

İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking Digital Analytics Lead-Device Sales with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Digital Accelerator of Vodafone Turkey.
- Create journeys and dashboards for Online Funnel reporting in Digital Analytics tools (Omniture- Adobe Analytics)
- Create delivery and activation funnel reports / dashboards using BO tools and external reporting tools (vendor's tools) where necessary
- Produce & publish daily full funnel ecommerce dashboards end to end from lead to sales, includes funnel loss and insights, highlights and lead to sales durations
- Provide analysis and insight into Digital Sales teams through daily and weekly full funnel daily reports
- Produce customer insight reports according to briefs taken from Commercial, UX design & Supply Chain leads
- Make deeper analysis on digital sales results including digital, delivery and activation journeys
- Collect hypothesis from other team members and deep dive data to create insights
- Define new data source needs, plan its development with related teams and make user acceptance tests
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for reporting data quality with other stakeholders (BI, BI Solution, IT Operations, etc), analyze data quality problems and plan defect resolution with related teams and make user acceptance tests
- Improve customer experience thru data & customer insights analysis
- Drive culture and behaviour change required to build strong digital sales capabilities
- Work in harmony with agile practices
- Ensure 100% regulation / legal and security compliance
