QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
| - University degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related fields; | |||||
| - 2-3 years budget & controlling experience in a manufacturing company is a plus (preferably in a multinational company in automotive sector); | |||||
| - Knowledge to IFRS standards will be a plus; | |||||
| |||||
| - Good command of MS Office applications (SAP knowledge is a plus); | |||||
| - Hands on mentality, organized and with strong analytical and communication skills; | |||||
| - No military obligation for male candidates. | |||||
İŞ TANIMI
| To be positioned under the Financial Directorate, the ideal candidate will be responsible for | |||||
| - Calculating production costs, making variance analysis and reporting periodically; | |||||
| - Analyzing and reporting realized loses caused by suppliers (familiar with chargeback, guarantee and production loose settlement); | |||||
| - Taking active role in budget & forecast studies for transformation cost evaluations (manpower, energy, indirect materials, scraps and functional spendings) and structural investments; | |||||
| - Making budget-actual variance analyses and stimulating corrective actions for transformation costs and structural investments (regarding all industrial area units) | |||||
| - Preparing special business analyses and ad-hoc reports to support decision making for top management; | |||||
| - Preparing and monitoring new structural investment feasibilities in collaboration with responsible departments; | |||||
| - Controlling and approving expenditures & investment in accordance with the budget; | |||||
| - Following KPI’s of the departments in responsibility. | |||||

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
