Digital Assets Product Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic, fast-learning Digital Product Intern to join high performing Vodafone Team.
You will be passionate about all things digital, willing to get stuck in and looking for a future career in digital or the hospitality industry. You’ll already have a university degree, or be well on your way to achieving one. 
Whilst any digital product or hospitality experience would be a plus, we don’t expect you to be a digital analytic guru on arrival. We do, however, expect you to be eager to learn and willing to get involved in all aspects of our work. – we are looking for somebody that can add real value to our business. In return, you’ll learn plenty and get first-hand experience in an exciting industry.

• Reports mobile app figures in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Uses Adobe Analytics to assess trends and activity on mobile app.
• Uses Data ware house tool to assess trends and activity on mobile app.
• Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
• Ensures reported numbers by double checking various systems.
• Regularly observes the researches and reports for “Mobile App best practices”.
• Regularly checks mobile app feedbacks from the App stores, in app surveys and customer complaints coming from Vodafone Social Media and Call Centre teams.
• Completes other digital research benchmark projects as assigned.

İŞ TANIMI

• A bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in one of Computer/Industrial/Mathematic/Management Engineering or related fields.
• Creative self-starter who is comfortable with both taking initiative and working in collaboration.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Mobile applications technologies.
• Experience with Adobe or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Familiarity and facility with mobile client platforms.
• Available to work at least 3 days a week.
