Aon is looking for a Claims Specialist
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Claims department in Istanbul. As a Claims Specialist, you will report directly to the Senior Claims Director.

Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economic
· Minimum 3 years of experience in the technical or claims departments of insurance or brokering companies
· Analytical thinking and problem solving competencies
· Relationship management, teamwork and interpersonal skills
· Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and oral
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
· No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
· Taking the claim notifications from client or cedent
· Preparing regular reports to follow up the claims
· Following up the claim and other related expense collections and payments by means of systematic reports and solving related problems on time
· Chasing the related reinsurers of overdue claim calls
· Performing periodic reconciliations with finance department, on claim and claim related expense calls and payments
· Recording all claim notifications to Companies’ operating system
· Managing written and verbal communications with the parties abroad
· Filing, archiving and updating the documents with respect to the company’s standards and formats
· Performing other claim related operational jobs described in the Companies’ Procedures Handbook
