Aon is looking for a Marketing and Business Development Specialist / Senior Specialist

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Marketing and Business Development department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications·        

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or relevant field, strong interest in Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing area
• Experienced in third party management such as creative, digital and PR agencies and other third parties
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
• Excellent analytical skills to handle many assignments simultaneously
• Efficiently work under pressure and deadlines to complete assigned task
• Communicate insight and ideas effectively
• Self-confident and outgoing personality
• Ability to listen to intended details attentively
• Positive “can do” attitude, clear thinker, innovative and result oriented

İŞ TANIMI

• Assisting sales teams to present effectively the services and products of the company to propects and clients
• Acting as an Aon Brand Ambassador to teach others about what the brand stands for, share and monitor Communications for consistency and adherence to the brand
• Building annual marketing plans and strategies for Risk Management, Health & Benefits, Affinity, Specialty and AGRC departments and evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing activities 
• Working with and leading agency partners in the creative development of digital projects, social media management and PR activities, event planning;eExecuting marketing communication activities for Aon and its services
• Acting as a sponsor to promote the participation to training sessions and the full implementation of the Sales initiatives and tools
• Collobrating with regional and global marketing and communications team to localise best practices
• Managing layouts and designing of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, brochures and other brand documents
• Supporting sales teams for new business development projects
