• Graduates from four-year college faculties of universities,
• Fluent in oral and written English,
• Intermediate efficency on programming languages such as SQL, SAS, R etc.,  
• Advanced efficiency on Ms Office applications especially on Excel,
• High analytical capability for problem solving,planning and organization,

İŞ TANIMI

• Ensures the creation and ongoing maintenance of a central reporting definitions manual,
• Agreement of required segmentation – full agreement between over Risk and Marketing over the segmentation that will be used in reporting,
• Works with Marketing and Risk functions to ensure that full segmented reporting is available detailing the end to end business flow,
• Monthly production of full segmented portfolio quality report (PQR) to agreed schedule,
• Reviews all current reporting to ensure that any reporting duplication is identified and removed,
• Identifies appropriate resources to ensure timely reporting production,
• Monitoring the monthly reports and analysing the outputs,
• Identifies Targets to ensure Bank’s growth strategies and monitoring targets in centralized monthly reports,
• Proposing solutions by establishing strategies for solving the business problems,
• Contributing to the optimization activities of Bank processes,
• Communicating with Business Units, as well as IT Development and Analysis teams to contribute to overcome analytical issues,
• Analyzing Data using programming languages such as SQL, SAS, R etc.,
• Support ongoing development of data discovery tool implementation.
