In compliance with the Government regulation KRASNODAGAZSTROY Joint Stock Company was founded in January 1979 as a structural trust construction division of the former USSR Ministry for Oil and Gas Construction. In 1992 KRASNODARGAZSTROY was incorporated into the structure of Russian Joint Stock Company “GAZPROM” and since that time it has been actively involved in the implementation of the national oil and gas development program as General Contractor.

Urged by scattered location of various projects KRASNODARGAZSTROY has become a highly mobile construction entity working in remote areas which spread from the Far North through mid-continent thick-forest zones to the Central Asia deserts. KRASNODAGAZSTROY has a solid technical (equipment) background and highly skilled professionals on its pay-roll which allow the Company to carry out project management and turnkey construction and rehabilitation of multi-purpose pipelines with various diameters ranging up to 56” and on-ground facilities (compressor and pump stations, gas pressure reducing and gas metering stations, oil and gas separation plants, etc.) with all related infrastructure, civil-industrial buildings and special technical structures, roads in a fast mobile spread pace under different climatic conditions and in accordance with the Russian and international standards. It must be noted that in all its construction and installation operations the Company has always paid special attention to the environmental safety issues. For a period of over 20 years the Company has laid down 4,000 km of steel pipelines with a working pressure up to 100 atmospheres.

Besides, the Company’s personnel have taken part in the execution of various projects in the CIS countries as well as in Algeria, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria, Finland and Cuba.
