OUR STORY

Can Manalp began his career in 2010 at one of Izmir's most established technology firms, Egekomp A.Ş., as a system and network specialist. After five years of working and managing in this field, he pursued his passion for software development, transitioning his career to this domain with dedicated training and education. By 2019, while serving as Software Director at Egekomp A.Ş., he founded Novel Software, a reflection of his vision to craft software with precision and artistry.

In 2024, Can completed his master's degree in Computer Engineering, further solidifying his expertise. Around the same time, Seden Manalp, Egekomp's General Coordinator with over 15 years of experience in sales and executive management in the technology sector, joined Novel Software as a partner. This partnership marked a turning point, combining technical excellence with strategic insight. Alongside the transfer of Egekomp’s entire software team and operations to Novel Software, the company embarked on a new era of growth and innovation.
