For more than 50 years as a leading contractor in Europe, we undertake all sizes of projects for the major companies in the oil and gas industry, pipeline and plant construction projects as well as for the chemical and water supply industries.
Our services include full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning). We are fully established as a General Contractor for major projects in the  market. Together with our client we develop and manage innovative solutions from concept to operation.
Our employees are our capital, permanent staff consists over 300 highly qualified employees.

History
Founded in 1954 as a service company for the natural gas and crude oil exporting and processing industry, Winter & Co., the core of today's PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH, built and assembled gathering stations and operating terminals and laid connector lines for the growing oil and gas industry in northern Germany.
In 1965 the company was taken over by Preussag AG, and the company developed as a national and international pipeline and facilities builder.
As a result of a strategy overhaul in 1999, Preussag Wasser und Rohrtechnik GmbH expanded its scope of business and subsidiary companies into various limited companies and PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH arose in Quakenbrück.
Afterwards, HABAU Hoch- und Tiefbaugesellschaft mbH in Perg, Austria acquired all shares of the PPS Pipeline Systems GmbH in September 2002. Since then we are a 100% daughter company of HABAU.
