International Sales and Marketing Manager

ALE Technology is one of the leading lighting companies in Turkey with a special focus on LED lighting. The company has been developing and manufacturing LED based lighting systems in Turkey since 2009. We are looking for international sales and marketing manager to lead the global growth of our international sales team.

• Expertise in international sales of electrical products, preferably in lighting
• Proven team management skills
• Existing customer portfolio in preferably Western / Mid European region, or alternative regions including Eastern Europe,  Africa, and Middle East
• Bachelor degree in engineering, preferably Electronic/Electrical Engineering
• Customer oriented mindset with good negotiation and persuasion skills
• No travel restriction
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, a second language would be plus

• Contributes into the international sales and marketing strategy and designs/executes the international growth plans
• Maintains and improves the relations with existing B2B customers
• Identifies new opportunities and new distributors
• Visits customers periodically together with sales team members
• Recruits, trains and leads people for the international sales and marketing plans
• Leads the team in order to meet sales targets
