Production Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Departments ( Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical and Electronical)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (Interviews will be conducted in English),
• Effective problem identification and solution skills, 
• Analytical thinking, well organized and strong commitment,
• Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility, 
• Self-motivated and challenge with business mind-set and high energy,
• Good communication and team work skills,
• Able to work with international teams with global mind-set,
• Having ability to take roles, lead in programs and projects,
• Have no obstacle to travel abroad,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Living in Gebze, İzmit (E5) or İstanbul Anatolian Side, Service Bus 1-(İdealtepe-Cevizli-Atalar-Kartal-Sahilyolu-Pendik-E5-Gebze), Service Bus 2-(Acıbadem, E5, Gebze)

İŞ TANIMI

• Providing usage information of all new purchased machines, relevant equipment and educate the personnel of production area about the issue,
• Guiding the studies that increase efficiency of process, exercising to decrease rates of waste, lost and re-operation,
• Project management and take role / lead in implementation of international projects,
• Participating to continuous improvement and cost reduction works.
