QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Graduation from Mechanical Engineering departments of universities, Master Degree is an asset
- Minimum 5 years experience in machining production process
- Experience in working with cross functional/matrix organizations
- Experience in working with cross functional/matrix organizations
- Advanced Experience in Product RelocationProject Management
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office and similar systems
- Ability to carry out negotiations in critical situations
- Team motivation and leadership experience with white and blue collar employees
- Exposure to international teams and multicultural environments
- Mobility (to travel abroad)

- Very good communications skills in English and/or German (German is an asset)
İŞ TANIMI
- Management of new technical, QA milestones, commercial project and time constraints (approvals in milestones, sample coordination, SOP)- Being responsible and accountable for the project from early acquisition phase till SOP (Start of Production)
- Ability to motivate and coordinate project shareholders (customer, business unit, team members, production plant)
- Coordination of project relevant activities and organizations (Production,Quality, Validation, Logistics,Testing)

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
