QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a Temporary -Sales Controlling Analyst to join our Sales Controlling team, part of our Finance & Control organization. This is reporting to the Sales Controller and will be working closely with the channel controllers.
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree from Business/Finance/Industrial Engineering and/or Qualification in Accountancy
- At least 1-2 years of Prior experience Experience, ideally in Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Audit or Reporting
- Knowledge in ERP systems
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent command in Microsoft Excel
- Analytical and structured thinking
- Experienced in stakeholder management
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow-up with related sales teams for the completeness and accuracy of accruals in period-end closings. Ensuring the monthly /quarterly/yearly targets and realised are aligned.
- Report Total Trade Spent to the related organizations.
- Reconcile Distributor Invoices with actual spent amounts prior to payment.
- Ensure that trade activities are accrued and reported timely with necessary details.
- Supports the Channel Sales Controllers and Sales Controller in trade promotion evaluation process by ensuring the trade promotion evaluation tool is up to date and by following-up the effective use by the related sales teams for the financial/economic analysis of trade activities.
- Prepare the sales related bad returns report with insightful analysis presentation, highlighting opportunities to related parties to decrease bad returns.
- Review and analyse TTS trends in Retail Channel by Customers and by Business Unit/Product Groups, support Channel Sales Controllers to provide value added commentary to Business Units and F&C.
- Prepare, review and provide analysis on Customer/Channel Contribution Statement and P&L reports.
- Support sales controller and channel sales controllers for establishing new controls where necessary.
