Product Manager (Fintech)

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business, system analysis, business admistration with related business discipline experience
• Min. 5 years of experience working on similar role such as Product Manager, Business Analyst or Business Product Owner
• Min.2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business or Product Analyst on Payment Facilitators (PF, Virtual Pos Platforms, Payment Platforms)  
• Deep understanding of payment systems, and financial technologies, with hands-on experience in API integrations,transaction processing, and payment security.
• Knowledge about industry regulations, compliance standards, fraud risks and security best practices related to payment processing and digital transactions.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes,
• Strong documentation skills,
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills,
• Understand and evaluate competitive products,
• Strong presentation skills,
• Good command of the English language is a plus
• Using Visio, MS Project, JIRA and HP PPM tools for tracking the
• Openness to continuous acquisition of new skills and competencies, as well as to improve existing

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of Payment Facilitator Product, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews and iterating on product features to optimize user experience and achieve business goals.
• Develop a product roadmap and work with cross-functional teams (business, engineering, UX) to execute on the roadmap,
• Identify and evaluate new opportunities based on customer search, industry trends and best practice.
• Creating complex technical and functional user documentation and test documantations
• Preparing user acceptance test cases documents and Blue Prints
