QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of experience in a Quality management role within a manufacturing environment
• Preferably a 4-year university graduate in Engineering
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP and other ERP tools
• Ability to lead team members
• Proficiency in problem-solving techniques, especially 8D reporting, 5-why analysis, Pareto analysis
• Experience with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 quality standards
• Preferable knowledge in FMEA & Quality Control Plans, Statistical Process Control and Capability analysis
• Experience with APQP and PPAP documentations
• Good knowledge for GD&T
• Candidate with hands on quality assurance / quality control experience will have an added advantage,
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Management of quality activities (Incoming Inspection, Process & Final Quality Control),
• Providing compliance of products to the pre-defined quality standards and documents,
• Establish and develop the quality standards and control plans inside the factory,
• Following all activities related with quality improvement plan and corrective actions,
• Represent the company in front of customers and standard institutes,
• Following up customer complaints and coordinating the process
• Evaluating operational data and identifying quality problems
• To ensure the establishment, implementation and initiation of necessary activities to prevent any nonconformity related to the Product, Process and Quality System, manage deviations related action plan & measures taken.
• Conducting internal and external audits of product inventory and documentation
• To make risk analyzes related to the product and the facility, to determine the necessary actions to close the risks and to carry out activities to ensure that they are closed,
• Training of quality tools, processes, and protocols across the organization to ensure a quality product and process.
• Responsible for maintaining all necessary product inspection equipment, including calibration and maintenance.
• Works and communicates actively with external and internal customers, as well as internal functions and members within the organization to drive quality improvements.
