Associate Project Manager - Power Transformers

We seek for 'Associate Project Manager' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Power Transformers in Kartal location with below qualifications;

Your background

• University degree in Electrical Engineering
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in design & engineering, project management,
• Experience with projects of different size, complexity and contractual types is a plus,
• Able to communicate effectively, able to manage projects, team work oriented & customer oriented, action oriented, commitment to excellence, decision making, flexibility and leadership, negotiation, problem solving capability,
• Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills,
• Knowledge of MS Office applications  including MS Projects,
• Completed military service for male applicants,
• Having a valid driving license & no obstacle for traveling.

Your responsibilities

• Manages projects by ensuring on time delivery thorough strong communication and collaboration with other related departments
• Oversees the contracts and execute projects accordingly
• Leads the project by providing strong communication with customers, monitoring customers’ accounts and prepares biweekly scheduling and manufacturing progress reports to customers and leading the relevant factory team in accordance to project requirement
• Manages the projects’ costs and financial tools acc. to budget and avoid or report any slippage
• Ensures and implement Planning & scheduling of projects including delivery to end customer
• Qualified in change management and procurement management
• Experience in Risk Management of the projects and Supervise Acceptance of projects
• Ensures Customer satisfaction and provides reporting to customer/ project with close follow-up
• Provide solution for customer complaints and sustain internal CCRP system to lead a complete customer satisfaction
• Prepares customer documents and manuals as per contract requirements
• Monitors shipments, logistic activities, export/import documents and custom operations
• Ensures receivables are collected
• For non-project based businesses, proceed all necessary project management activities
• Enhances documentation systems and order follow up and project management systems
• During all above activities, set out Occupational Health and Safety Instructions are to be strictly respected and followed
