QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We seek for 'PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB inElectrification Products in Arnavutköy location with below qualifications,
· Desired bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or equivalent,
· Desired 5plus years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment,
· Very good command of written and spoken English,
· Very good knowledge in MS Office programs,
· Knowledge in statistical process control tools, 5S, TPM etc. is an asset,
· Having previous experience production engineering is an asset,
· Team working, technically oriented, analytical thinking, communicate effectively,
· Completed military service for male applicants.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedure,
· Organizes and allocates resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets. Responds to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimization for the assigned unit or line,
· Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirements agreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels,
· Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary,
· Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for the assigned production lines,
· Identifies deficiencies in production area, proposes improvement activities, and oversees implementation of actions to improve production performance,
· Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internal teams,
· Ensures that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

· Expected to optimize the molding process(injection moulding and metal die) and the productivity of the workforce to satisfy internal and external customers with the highest quality product at a reasonable price and on time,· Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedure,

5 - 10 years of experience
