QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek for '’SERVICE TEAM LEADER'' who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB in Power Grids ; Transformer Service in Kartal inIstanbul location with below qualifications;
 
•University Degree in Electrical Engineering,
•Good command of written and spoken English,
•Knowledge in MS Office programs,
•Experience in transformer service business,
•Team working, technically oriented, analytical, communicate effectively, customer oriented,
•Ability to travel frequently.
•Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills.


İŞ TANIMI

•To develop and implement business plan and field service activities and operational strategies that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, in short-term and long-term,
•Manage service operations to provide efficient and valuable service to customer, hereby secure and promote the brands’ market position & image,
•Support sales business lines by creating customer satisfaction and expending service network,
•To ensure that the organization is fit for purpose, size, structure- and skill-wise.
•Promote service products to generate service revenue, while carry on team efficiency and competency with advance planning and execution,
•Planning and implementing high value standard service procedures and monitor their effects on sites,
•Communicate and co-operate with other departments and our product companies including on-line monitoring systems,
•Lead, direct, and control all operation and supporting functions so that policies, procedures, and activities meet the
organization’s short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards, and protect the
organization’s public reputation.
 

Preferred Candidate

5 - 7 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
