You will be accountable for sales in EL Global Markets/Electrification in Dudullu-İstanbul, driving sales volumes and margins. Reporting to the Utility and Renewable Segment Sales Manager, you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

Your background

  • University degree in Electrical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar field, working as sales / business development / tendering / product management engineer with Medium Voltage/Low Voltage Products and Solutions.
  • Account Management experience preferably.
  • Local/Global EPC and OEM customer portfolio.
  • Turkish knowledge is a must.
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English.
  • Action oriented, analytical, attention to detail, strong interpersonal & communication skills, teamwork oriented.
  • Good ability to represent the company.
  • Driving licence, no obstacle for domestic and international travel.
Your responsibilities

  • Sales of all EL portfolio (Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Products, Low Voltage Panels (MNS, System pro E power, ArTu), Medium Voltage Air / Gas Insulated Primary and Secondary Switchgears, EV Charge Systems) to Utility and Renewable Energy Market.
  • Representing and working for entire ABB offering and maximizing ABB share for Utility and Renewable Energy.
  • Market Opportunities, understanding market dynamics, key competitors, and emerging trends and regularly update related team.
  • Achieving channel sales targets, actively use related sales tools (Salesforce, etc) to update the complete Project & Opportunity Cycle. Collaboratively share information in a systematic way.
  • Develop Utility and Renewable Energy Market customer portfolio (Transmission and Distribution Companies, Power Generation Companies, Thermal Power Plants, HEPP, Wind, Geothermal and Biomass Power Plants).
  • Periodic visits to customers to develop relations and increase cooperation for new projects.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
