GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be assigned to our International Patient Department at our Headquarters in Altunizade;

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

· At least High School Graduate,

· High communication and persuasion skills on the phone, smooth tone and diction,

· Confident in sales,

· Strong representation and persuasion skills, advanced organizational and communication skills,

· Highly motivated, sensitive to time management,

· Giving importance to teamwork,

· Manage the sales and post-sales patient follow-up process,

· Dynamic, eager to learn, open to development,

· Have a working discipline,

Experienced in marketing, sales and customer relationship management, preferably in the healthcare industry,

· An International Patient Relations Sales Specialist who can speak fluently and at an advanced level in at least one ofGerman, French, Italian or Spanish languages will be recruited.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Be able to make sales in line with the demands by talking to the potential customers who applied to get detailed information about the products and services as a result of the advertisement studies,

· Respond to patient requests by providing the necessary coordination with the relevant units.

· Will be able to create his own patient portfolio and take references 

· Be able to act as a translator at the hospital for the patients who have bought any kind of operation.
