• Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university especially Engineering, Economics, Business Administration,
• About 7+ years of professional experience,
• Excellent communication skills in English,
• Fully competent with PC, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• High degree of analytical ability, including business performance analysis and exceptional experience of big data decision making
• Have the ability to learn and understand systems, complex data structures
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners,
• Contribute positively and pro-actively to new and changing situations,

İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Performance Reporting Manager/ Supervisor to maximize the performance and efficiency of our business teams.
Directly reporting to the CEO, the role will be responsible for shaping our business strategy by leveraging and communicating key insights from our data.
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Assist in the transformation to automated or dashboard/analytics reporting environment
• Work closely with teams to establish, document and define business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare relevant analytics on business performance on a regular cadence: weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc...
• Monitor business unit performance on various metrics to provide reports and recommendations for appropriate action plans to senior management
• Develop analytical approaches and methodologies that provide valuable insights into business performanceand enable fact-based decision-making,
• Provides special studies or analyses of specific matters for management team
• Utilizes internal/external information sources for business analysis
• Collaborate with our operations, data and systems teams to ensure access to timely and accurate data through accurate and reliable reporting

To be considered candidates will need good data analysis experience, ideally extracting and analysing performance data.
