We are looking for a "Accounts Payable Executive" for our global customer.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA certificate is a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in accounting payable operations
• Team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Inventory management and COGS expertise is a plus
• Understanding and management of balance sheet and vendor accounting operations
• Advanced Office experience, including advanced use of Excel
• Solid accounting knowledgE
• SAP S4 knowledge is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Ensuring efficient, accurate and timely processing of all vendor invoices and expense reports
• To be able to follow up supplier invoices, current accounts, and reconciliation
• Actively participate in ongoing AP/P2P projects
• Supporting the day-to-day accounts payable operations
• Be a key stakeholder and support to month end closing processes
