We are looking for an “HR Business Partner” for our HR team in Istanbul.

Job Purpose

·         Acting as the first point of contact for the leadership team in all employee, structural and process matters.

·         Proposing and enforcing the personnel policies and ensuring compliance with the Group's policies and standards.

·         Co-creation, dissemination and enforcement of HR processes throughout the organization.

·         Conducting assigned HR projects and representing HR in other organizational projects.

Key Accountabilities and Tasks

·         Providing a functional organizational structure in line with business assumptions and strategic aspects of the Adecco Group, including the creation of new structures;

·         Creating, implementing and enforcing broadly understood HR processes and regulations for The Adecco Group and ensuring their consistency with the policies of the Adecco Group;

·         Full HR consulting for the Managing Staff on employee, structural, strategic and process matters, ie restructuring and changes in organizational units, employment and succession planning;

·         Managing the process of annual appraisal and evaluation of employees within the framework of the supervised structures of The Adecco Group;

·         Change management (structural and personal) as well as taking actions aimed at process optimization;

·         Participation in the recruitment and implementation of employees to key and higher positions;

·         Acting as the first point of contact for the management team;

·         Active participation and management of local and international designated HR projects (eg: transformation projects);

·         Co-creation of intra-organizational communication;

·         Support for HR analytics, analysis of trends and indicators in cooperation with the HR Group to develop solutions, programs and policies;

·         Participation in the implementation of the remuneration and bonus policy, analysis of personnel costs and reporting in the HR area;

·         Participation in internal audits and the implementation of post-audit activities in the HR area;

Ideal Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in the field of HR Management, Psychology or related.
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in the broadly understood HR area (recruitment, employee development, evaluation, career paths, job evaluation, personnel administration);
  • At least 3 years of experience in a position with a similar responsibility and scope of tasks;
  • Knowledge of the labor market and the HR industry;
  • Practical knowledge of labor law;
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong business orientation;
  • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility;
  • Project management skills;
  • Excellent command of English (minimum C1) and MS Office.
