We are looking for a “ PROJECT DIRECTOR ” for our client located at MUĞLA with the qualifications below;

We are looking for a “ PROJECT DIRECTOR ” for our client located at MUĞLA with the qualifications below;
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 7-10 Years of experience in development and management of major projects with hospitality, residential, office and shopping mall, at luxury segments
- Strong analytical skills, including from complex, detailed information to abstract key trends and issues
- Excellent knowledge of project management (Planning, Organizing, Budgeting, Execution etc.)
- Excellent communications, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
- Team leader committed to achieve overall objectives of (multiple) projects.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and prioritize accordingly
- Fluency in verbal and written English, multiple languages are asset
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project
- Excellent knowledge of MS office;
