We are looking for a "Production Facilities HSE Supervisor (O&M)" for our customer who has established itself as a major player in “Energy Sector”.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years, experience in a HSE supervisor role. 
• Practical experience in identification and control of HSE issues on construction, operation and Maintenance sites within Oil & Gas or similar industries.
• Experience in HSE reporting procedures and familiar with the safety hazards with common construction, Operation and maintenance activities. 
• Talented to carry out regular inspections of the work areas with the respective supervisor, client and prepare reports. 
• Must have experience communicating effectively with his managers, peers and clients both in writing and verbally. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Assist to maintain excellent safety record at the location aiming to zero Loss Time Injury at all time 
• Maintain highest level of HSE/Process Safety awareness. 
• Drive HSE / PS Training compliance 
• Drive compliance to Safety standards
• Maintain compliance with HSE Standards for all operations, including driving at the location 
• Review Risk Assessment issued for each task 
• Lead a daily safety morning meeting with the crew 
• Weekly safety meeting with customer to discuss safety issues/lesson learnt 
• Perform /Plan Permit To Work system, Audit/ Inspection 
• Promote reporting in Quest 
• Monitor and order PPE required for the location 
• Sign off PTW verification forms 
• Auditing SLB-HSE-MS and Standards
