Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Help in the execution of in-season Allocation and Trading across all DTC channels, including Factory Outlets. Deliver initial allocations and in-season replenishment, ensuring quick and effective reaction to fast changing market environment to manage the implementation of the allocation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help in defining the initial allocations to assure that stores needs are covered by following the Channel Ranges provided by Market CTC Assortment Plan teams, and by providing with the optimal initial volumes to achieve store sales plans 

• Responsible for the preparation of weekly KPIs to enable in-season replenishment of stocks according to store performance 

• Participate in defining mark-downs for OR & FO channels as required within given framework and in line with market and global strategy

• Execute flow of stock effectively from regular DTC channels to FO channels to assure product relevance in regular stores, adequate stock clearance and margin optimization 

• Assist in the creation of FO Assortment Plans planned production according to guidance provided by Global FO range / Local FO range. 

• Working close with marketing team for tracking shipment and performance of launch articles 

• Following the shipment process 

• Tracking company stock and feeding retail stores

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Specialist with technical skills related to in-season Allocation & Trading for a multi channel direct-to-consumer (own retail, franchise, and e-com) global brand 

• Broad and deep knowledge of merchandising and retail supply and operations topics and broad knowledge of other functional areas involved in the Allocation & Trading process

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree in business, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience 

• 1 year typical relevant work experience
