Production Engineer

• B.Sc/M.Sc degree from engineering ,
• Experience in production/ continuous departments,
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must to support international work environment
• Good knowledge of Office programs.

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparation of layout plans of production lines, keeping up to date and making plans for future,
• Organization of group works related to the design of processes during the planning of new products, time and method study, ergonomics, facility planning, system analysis, preparation of documents, preparation of related investment and renewal plans, planning of employee needs,
• Analysis of labor and material use for new products and modifications,
• Making work flow optimizations,
• Updating of time studies and documents,
• Organizing process improvement works,
• To follow the quality targets, to take necessary actions and to follow up,
• To analyze performance and productivity losses and to coordinate improvement efforts in order to achieve production performance and efficiency targets,
• To perform feasibility studies,
• To provide the records required by the system related to the activities, to prepare the necessary reports, to ensure timely communication to the relevant authorities.
