QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

    RESPONSIBILITIES


    Presents, promotes and sells products/services to existing and potential customers using solid arguments.

    Conducts cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet the needs of existing/potential customers.

    Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.

    Reaching prospective customers through cold calling.

    It accelerates the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

    Achieves agreed upon sales targets and results within the program.

    Coordinates sales efforts with team members and other departments.

    Analyzes the potential of the market, follows sales and status reports.

    Provides management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and new product and service potential.

    Follows best practices and promotional trends.


    JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:


    Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

    Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

    Excellent knowledge of MS Office

    Familiarity with CRM applications as well as the ability to establish productive business professional relationships

    Highly motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record in sales

    Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills

    Prioritization, time management and organizational skills

    Sales Representatives must have the ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality. Have self-confidence and a positive mindset with the ability to manage territories effectively. Reliable, hard-working, enthusiastic, with the ability to multi-task. Effective communication with customers and strong follow-up skills
