AGCO

• Assist the Financial Controller to establish and maintain control and measurement relating to MF Turkey  within required budget and report to summarize all business activities to CC.
• Provide appropriate business-based financial support to the actuals reporting process. This will include accounting for and ensuring adequate liaison with Shared Services for correct bookings based on business events, managing the review and interpretation of actual results, and subsequent review with the Finance controller and management team with identification of areas for action and improvement.
• Part of the local team to ensure the most effective business support is given and that processes are in place which are efficient and meet operational objectives
• Preparation and submission of MFG budgets (annually), forecasts (quarterly) and latest look updates (monthly for the current quarter).
• Includes managing preparation, critical review and presentation to Finance controller,  Brand finance and Brand management.
• This involves reviewing and challenging key drivers (such as sales and production volumes, inventory, factory costs),
• Assisting Finance controller with various recurring tasks including but not limited to: VAT reporting/recovery, e-invoicing/e-ledger declarations, other statutory accounting issues, Cash and Banking
• Any ad hoc project which require finance involvement

• Responsible for defined elements of financial processes and controls of AGCO Turkey operation, at ‘Operational’ level in support of the FC
• Responsible for assisting the FC in all internal AGCO / AGCO Turkey – financial reporting, working with the AGCO Matrix management.
• Responsible for assisting the CC in the compilation and submission of periodic financial reports to third party entities i.e. Turkish Government, Auditors, etc. on a timely basis

İŞ TANIMI

• Assist the Financial Controller to maintain and control the financial elements for MF Turkey and Agco Turkey
• Review / monitor Operating Expenditure and identify variance from plan / forecast and business implications, and to develop with the business Sales & Operations Director – AGCO Turkey appropriate action responses
• Ensure commercial activities are in support of ‘local’  Turkish and AGCO strategies – incl. auditable accounts, both for internal ‘AGCO’ requirements and Third party operations i.e. PWC, Government departments, etc.
• Continue to monitor, with the Sales & Operations Director – AGCO Turkey, any changes or potential changes in Government policies and legislation which may impact AGCO’s business so that timely actions can be taken to mitigate these concerns.
