As a leading technology company operating in the mobile phone manufacturing sector and having a production facility in Tuzla; we are looking forward to meeting our new team member, the‘Trade Marketing Manager’who will contribute to our growing organization.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

•      Graduates of relevant university undergraduate programs (preferably Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or Economics),Preferably with at least 7 years of experience in similar positions in the telecommunications and retail sectors,
•      Preferably with at least 7 years of experience in similar positions in the telecommunications and retail sectors,
•      Experience in sales, marketing communications, brand management, and commercial marketing,
•      Having travel flexibility,
•      Proficient in English,
•      Presentative and strong communication skills,
•      Well-organized, passionate, self-motivated, and customer-focused,
•      Ability to provide and implement strategic input, analytical thinking, and results-oriented.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

•      Develop and implement commercial marketing plans aligned with the company's marketing and commercial strategies.
•      Increase brand visibility in retail channels, create and manage experience areas.
•      Execute displays, POP materials, and customer experience projects to increase brand awareness in stores and shopping malls.
•      Plan product launches and coordinate with field teams.
•      Plan the number of demo phones to be displayed in traditional channels and manage and oversee in-store display processes.
•      Conduct market and competitor analyses to monitor industry trends and develop new marketing strategies.
•      Manage campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and strengthen end-user reach.
•      Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing trends to develop commercial marketing strategies tailored to the target audience.
•      Monitor sales and marketing performance, define KPIs, and provide regular reporting.
•       Ensure budget management and optimize marketing expenditures.
