QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from Tourism and Hospitality Management departments of Universities,
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Front Office Manager in Resort Hotels,
- Advanced level of English (a second foreign language is a plus),
- Proficient in MS Office and Hotel PMS system (Opera),
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills,
- Oversee all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.
- Living or able to live in Fethiye.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage front office operations, including reception, reservations, bell services, and other related areas.
- Oversee check-in, check-out, and guest welcome procedures, ensuring adherence to professional standards.
- Optimize revenue management and occupancy rates through collaboration with the sales and reservations teams.
- Ensure the efficient use of front office systems and drive continuous process improvements.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to deliver impeccable service aligned with the brand’s standards.
- Personalize guest experiences by anticipating their needs, accommodating VIPs, and promptly resolving concerns with discretion.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and harmonious guest journey from arrival to departure.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the front office operates effectively and efficiently.
- Provide prompt and professional solutions to guest complaints and requests.
- Prepare detailed departmental reports and present them to the Head of Rooms.
