• Claims adjusting experience with AIG Express type claims.
• Excellent organizations skills with the ability to plan, organize and delegate effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to promote and build a team atmosphere that fosters technical and service excellence.
• Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
• Computer proficiency.
• Prior management, or related leadership, experience.
• Acquiring adjuster licenses or related may be required, depending upon country/jurisdictional requirements.

İŞ TANIMI

• Evaluates and measures compliance with Best Claim, Service and Communication practices through system reporting and file audits. Identify development opportunities within the team and provide appropriate training and mentoring resulting in improved performance.
• Ensure assigned team’s clear understanding and importance of achieving goals and critical objectives. Provides updates and direction to team regarding results versus objectives to ensure continual focus in maintained to achieve desired performance levels.
• Create and foster a service focused environment.
• Plans and manages work of staff, makes decisions regarding pay, performance management, development, employment, and staffing.
• Provides authority on cases evaluated within assigned authority levels. Escalate and consult with Regional Express Leadership decisions that may have a broader impact on the relationship with the client.
