• Engineering degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience in project management or team leadership, preferably in a Consumer Electronics environment
  • Strong background in Telecommunications, Wifi, Set Top Boxes and Cloud services
  • Very good English communication (written and spoken), excellent writing and reporting skills
  • Experience in a multinational company or within an international context is preferred
  • Experience in product development projects and manufacturing projects is preferred
  • PMP certification (or qualified enough to get one) is a plus
  • Resistance to stress is a must
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic multi-projects environment
  • Strong leadership abilities, decision maker, team player, ability to lead others
  • Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills, able to adapt his communication to his audience (customer, internal team member, Executive Team)


At this customer facing position, the Program Manager will be part of the Customers Program Office, and manage a portfolio of Programs for AirTies’ Business Units. As such, his responsibilities will cover the Projects initiation, the development of products or of licensing projects through the coordination of a multi-disciplinary project team, the mass production ramp up supervision, and the in-life support of the customer accounts.

Main responsibilities:
  • Supports the Business Units in pre-sales and project initiation activities (answers to RFPs, contract reviews, business case preparation, presentation of the project to the Executive Team for approval)
  • Prepares a project scope, a detailed execution planning with the relevant resources from Engineering and Operations, a project budget, and a risks management plan
  • Prepares a Customer Statement of Work, and get it approved by the customer
  • Hosts weekly Steering Committees with the customer to review the project progress, priorities and the possible change requests
  • Hosts regular reviews with the project team to track the project plan, the project’s financial targets (budget, product cost evolution, business case change) and the risks, in order to minimize schedule, costs and quality impacts
  • Drives Engineering and Operations Teams to execute the project plan in line with AirTies’ commitment to the customer
  • Ensures a smooth introduction in the factory by being the key point of contact for operations, and by managing rigorously the factory key inputs
  • Aligns the forecast with Operations and the BU regularly, based on the project progress and customer information
  • Supports in-life customer requests after Mass Production start
  • Identifies ways to maximize AirTies’ profit by improving the business case (product cost reduction, project budget optimization) or by charging activities to the customer (NREs for change requests, SLA for maintenance)
  • Works closely with the BUs on the pipeline process to anticipate the potential needs for new Program activities
  • Participates frequently to Customer meetings
  • Generates a weekly status report and a KPI dashboard for the Exec & Project Team and raises immediately any red flag to the Exec Team
  • Put a strong focus on Product design and manufacturing quality
  • Ensures that the Airties Product Development Life Cycle process is followed
